收费站是高速公路的基础配套设施,且其通过能力将会直接影响到高速公路的服务水平和运行状况。为全面合理测度高速公路收费站通行能力,采用理论分析与现场调研相结合的方法进行指标的筛选,构建评价指标体系。运用层次分析法和熵权法计...收费站是高速公路的基础配套设施,且其通过能力将会直接影响到高速公路的服务水平和运行状况。为全面合理测度高速公路收费站通行能力,采用理论分析与现场调研相结合的方法进行指标的筛选,构建评价指标体系。运用层次分析法和熵权法计算指标权重,并基于线性组合赋权,得到各评价指标的组合权重;运用综合模糊评价法建立高速公路收费站通行能力测度评估模型。最后基于算例分析,对通行能力计算模型进行验证,并根据样本收费站通行能力测度结果,提出通行能力提升建议。The toll gate is the basic supporting facilities of the expressway, and its passing capacity will directly affect the level of service and operation condition of the expressway. In order to measure the traffic capacity of the expressway toll-gate comprehensively and reasonably, indicators are to be selected based on the combination of theoretical analysis and practice research, and then toll gate capacity measurement index system is built. The weight of the index is calculated by the hierarchical analysis method and the entropy weight method, and combination weight of each evaluation index is based on the linear combination of empowerment. The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish the capacity measurement evaluation model of the expressway toll station. Finally, the capacity calculation model is verified based on the example analysis, and suggestions for capacity improvement are put forward according to the result of sample toll station.展开更多

Highway emergency disposal dispatch problem is particularly important. This paper mainly studies the dispatching mode of the integrated collaborative dispatching system composed of road administration vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles. Firstly, the influencing factors of the selection of integrated collaborative dispatching mode are analyzed. Then, according to the characteristics of ambiguity, uncertainty and imperfection in the evaluation data of non-metric indicators in the pattern selection process, the Evidence Inference Theory (ERA) is used to study the pattern selection. It further provides the basis for the formulation of expressway traffic management and emergency disposal dispatching strategies.展开更多
