The joint construction of a dual mentor team by teachers on campus and experts in the Shanxi energy industry plays an important role in promoting the integration of politics, industry, academia, research and application, as well as the quality of talent cultivation for professional degree graduate students. The practice of the dual mentor system has achieved fruitful results, but there are still some problems. Here, corresponding solutions are proposed to further enhance the effectiveness of the “dual mentor” collaborative education practice.展开更多
随着电网的智能化发展,尤其是高清视频类业务的推广,数据通信网末端节点如各类等级的变电站均出现了网络链路拥塞现象,严重时会导致站内运行维护人员无法完成日常运行信息的上报工作。在带宽短时间内无法提升的情况下,成功在现网环境中...随着电网的智能化发展,尤其是高清视频类业务的推广,数据通信网末端节点如各类等级的变电站均出现了网络链路拥塞现象,严重时会导致站内运行维护人员无法完成日常运行信息的上报工作。在带宽短时间内无法提升的情况下,成功在现网环境中带宽明显不足的运城和福瑞2个500 kV变电站部署了服务质量QoS(quality of service)策略,并记录了部署QoS策略前后各类业务的运行参数。实践证明,部署QoS策略后,带宽拥塞站点的重要业务丢包率、时延等参数均得到了一定程度的改善。展开更多
