Methods: Comprehensive surgical management was performed on 146 patients(168limbs)with primary venous reflux disease between February,1996 and sepy,2004. All limbs were performed with superficial venous operation and external valvuloplasty of femoral vein valve.Rusults: Venous claudication, swelling, and aching disappeared in 90.4% of limbs(152/168)and apparent improvement in 9.6% of limbs(16/168).All varicose veins were gone. Deep venous valve sufficiency was demonstrated in 92%(155/168) of the limbs by color duplex. Conclusion: In the patients with severe primary venous reflux disease,Surgical management with external valvuloplasty might greatly improve the clinical effect.展开更多
