Through questionnaires and interviews, a significant amount of primary data was collected and analyzed in depth using statistical methods. The research findings indicate that students are generally satisfied with the overall curriculum arrangement of the talent training program for urban management majors, but there are still some issues identified in areas such as curriculum design and practical teaching. In response to these issues, targeted suggestions for improvement are proposed, aiming at optimizing urban management professional education and enhancing teaching quality. The study also highlights the significance of student suggestions in the talent cultivation process and emphasizes that colleges and universities, along with educators, should continuously focus on the development of urban management majors and explore innovative talent training models.展开更多
