Ce element was introduced to modify Al−2%Fe(mass fraction)binary alloy.The microstructures,crystallization behavior,electrical/thermal conductivities and mechanical properties of these alloys were systematically inves...Ce element was introduced to modify Al−2%Fe(mass fraction)binary alloy.The microstructures,crystallization behavior,electrical/thermal conductivities and mechanical properties of these alloys were systematically investigated.The results indicated that the appropriate Ce addition decreased the recalescence temperature and growth temperature of Al−Fe eutectic structure,improved the morphology and distribution of Fe-containing phase,and simultaneously increased the conductivity and mechanical properties.The annealed treatment improved the thermal conductivity of these alloys due to the decreasing concentration of point defects.Rolling process further broke up the coarser Fe-containing phases into finer particles and made the secondary phases uniformly distributed in theα(Al)matrix.After subsequent annealing treatment and rolling deformation,the thermal conductivity,ultimate tensile strength and hardness of the Al−2%Fe−0.3%Ce(mass fraction)alloy reached 226 W/(m·K),(182±1.4)MPa and HBW(49.5±1.7),respectively.展开更多
To enlarge the detection range of traditional fiber-optic spectrometer,two rotating parabolic mirrors were first used in the design of fiber-optic collector for spectrometer,which can extend the detection range of spe...To enlarge the detection range of traditional fiber-optic spectrometer,two rotating parabolic mirrors were first used in the design of fiber-optic collector for spectrometer,which can extend the detection range of spectrometer from centimeter-scale to50m,as a super-low altitude remote sensing detector under passive lighting conditions.According to the performance requirements of fiber-spectrometer for optical collector,this study deduced the calculation formulae of design size of parabolic optical collector applied to different sensitivity spectrometers,different detection targets,different detection ranges and different weathers.Based on the calculation results,the model of fiber-optic collector with a diameter of16mm and a height of7.8mm was designed by ZEMAX.And then,TracePro,a light simulation software,was applied to ray tracing.The simulation results of optical radiation magnification agrees well with theoretical value,and the relative error is less than0.78%.This optical collector can effectively extend the detection range of spectrometer and expand its application fields and scopes.Compared with traditional refractive optical collector,it has several advantages of compact structure,low weight and low cost.展开更多
The thermodynamics,kinetics,phase transformation,and microstructure evolution of vanadium-bearing stone coal during suspension roasting were systematically investigated.Thermodynamic calculations showed that the carbo...The thermodynamics,kinetics,phase transformation,and microstructure evolution of vanadium-bearing stone coal during suspension roasting were systematically investigated.Thermodynamic calculations showed that the carbon in the stone coal burned and produced CO_(2) in sufficient oxygen during roasting.The mass loss of stone coal mainly occurred within the temperature range from 600 to 840℃,and the thermal decomposition reaction rate increased to the peak at approximately 700℃.Verified by the Flynn−Wall−Ozawa(FWO)and Kissinger−Akahira−Sunose(KAS)methods,the thermal decomposition reaction of stone coal was described by the Ginstling−Brounshtein equation.The apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factors were 136.09 kJ/mol and 12.40 s^(−1),respectively.The illite in stone coal lost hydroxyl groups and produced dehydrated illite at 650℃,and the structure of sericite was gradually destroyed.The surface of stone coal became rough and irregular as the temperature increased.Severe sintering occurred at the roasting temperature of 850℃.展开更多
