Oxygen free radicals injury is one of the important reasons of ischemia and anoxemia. Low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection(SM) can treat ischemia and anoxemia well in clinic, but the mechanism remains obscure. Primary study on cellular level is needed. In the paper, the effects of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation, SM, and the combination of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation and SM on the respiratory burst of bovine neutrophils are examined, respectively. In the study, He-Ne laser, SM or the combination of He-Ne laser and SM all can inhibit the respiratory burst of neutrophils evidently. The effect of the combination of laser and SM is more marked than that of only laser or SM. These results can help to understand the mechanism of ischemic injury. 展开更多

为探讨养胃方 (由北沙参、麦冬、茯苓、厚朴、炒扁豆、黄芪、石斛、柿蒂、鸡内金、砂仁、生牡蛎组成 )对放射损伤的防护作用 ,分别采用MTT法、TBA法和DTNB法 ,观察其对荷瘤小鼠放疗后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率以及肝组织细胞中丙二醛 (MDA)和... 为探讨养胃方 (由北沙参、麦冬、茯苓、厚朴、炒扁豆、黄芪、石斛、柿蒂、鸡内金、砂仁、生牡蛎组成 )对放射损伤的防护作用 ,分别采用MTT法、TBA法和DTNB法 ,观察其对荷瘤小鼠放疗后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率以及肝组织细胞中丙二醛 (MDA)和谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量的影响。结果显示 :养胃方能提高小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率 ,降低肝组织的MDA含量及增高GSH含量。提示养胃方能增强荷瘤小鼠放疗后的细胞免疫功能 ,减轻放射线对小鼠免疫系统的毒性和放射所致的自由基损伤。 展开更多
