They were discovered in 1986 and comprehensively surveyed in 1987. The cliff-side measures 26m in total length and 3-4m in remaining height. The carvings are all engravings simple in style, extensive in subject and impressive in chronological character. In an area of 80 sq m, there are nearly 50 Buddha, human, dragon and other animal representations and 20 items of poetical and reign-title inscriptions, totaling about 200 characters. The finds are of certain significance to the study of Liao, Jin and Yuan stone carvings.展开更多
