药浴治疗类风湿性关节炎80例观察

? The purpose was to observe the therapeutic effect of the chinese drug bath in treating 80 cases of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:Medicated bath with chinese drug including datura flower was applied for once a day.Each time lasted 45 minutes and three months constituted one therapeutic course.Results:13 cases showed clinical cure.45 cases notable effect;16 cases improved effect;6 cases futility.The total improving rate was 92.5%.The clinical and experimental index demonstrated that there were significant differences between before and after treatment(p<0.01).Therefore,this method possessed the antirheumatic and anti-inflammatory functions together with the characteritics of rapid and excellent therapeutic effects,treatments of both the incidental and the fundamental,safety and no toxic and side effects. 〔

膈下逐瘀汤内服外治颈性腹泻155例

目的 :探讨中药内外结合治疗颈性腹泻的疗效。方法 :采用膈下逐瘀汤加减治疗颈性腹泻 1 5 5例 ,并与中成药治疗 45例对照。结果 :总有效率 96.1 % ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。提示 :本方具有活血化瘀 ,健脾止泻 ,有扩张血管 ,改善微循环 ,消炎止痛 ,调整植物神经功能紊乱之功效。

消痹药酒治疗强直性脊柱炎91例

采用消痹药酒治疗强直性脊柱炎 91例 ,结果临床治愈 4 5例 ,显效 32例 ,好转 9例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 94 .5 %。临床和实验室指标 ,治疗前后比较均有明显的改善 (P <0 .0 1 )。本品有较好抗风湿、抗炎作用 ,具有生效快、疗效高、标本兼治、安全、副作用少的特点 ,是治疗强直性脊柱炎的理想方药。
