数控机器人制孔离线编程技术研究

为解决飞机前侧壁板自动制孔系统离线编程问题,结合数控机器人制孔系统特点后,提出了一套面向对象的离线编程轨迹规划方法。该方法主要研究并设计了面向对象的离线编程工具进行飞机制孔加工后置处理,着重讨论了数控机器人制孔系统后置... 为解决飞机前侧壁板自动制孔系统离线编程问题,结合数控机器人制孔系统特点后,提出了一套面向对象的离线编程轨迹规划方法。该方法主要研究并设计了面向对象的离线编程工具进行飞机制孔加工后置处理,着重讨论了数控机器人制孔系统后置处理程序架构设计与开发。通过在Delmia V5R20平台上VB进行二次开发,最终完成了离线编程系统软件开发。结果表明,该离线编程系统在飞机前侧壁板加工任务中编程效率高,生成的NC加工程序代码结构清晰,为飞机柔性装配提供了一种具有高度封装特性、易于快速理解的离线加工程序生成工具。To solve the offline programming problem of the automatic drilling system for the front side panel of an aircraft, a set of object-oriented offline programming trajectory planning methods is proposed based on the characteristics of the CNC robot drilling system. This method mainly studies and designs an object-oriented offline programming tool for post-processing in aircraft drilling, with a focus on the design and development of the post-processing program architecture for CNC robot drilling systems. Through secondary development using VB on the Delmia V5R20 platform, the offline programming system software development was ultimately completed. The results show that the offline programming system has high programming efficiency in the machining task of the front side panel of the aircraft, and the generated NC machining program code structure is clear. It provides a highly encapsulated and easy to understand offline machining program generation tool for flexible assembly of aircraft. 展开更多
