150 kt/a硫铁矿烟气制备发烟硫酸装置生产实践

The process flow and main equipment of a 150 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid plant in Jiangxi are introduced,and conduct hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis and SIL assessment on the key links of the plant.After being put into operation,the production and operation of the fuming sulphuric acid plant are stable,and the finished fuming sulphuric acid index meets or exceeds the requirements for superior products in GB/T 534-2014“Sulphuric acid for industrial use”,with good economic and social benefits.

硫精矿制酸系统干燥酸温超标的原因及措施

针对硫精矿制酸系统干燥酸温超标、造成设备腐蚀的问题,探讨分析发现主要影响因素是入塔烟气温度高和上塔喷淋酸温度高,主要的原因是设备换热效率降低、循环水冷却能力不足和净化工序效果差。采取更新换热器,加大循环水冷却量和增加洗涤塔填料、更换喷淋装置等措施,降低了循环水的水温和入塔烟气温度,提高设备换热能力,干燥塔循环酸温度从46℃下降到37℃度,生产指标恢复正常,解决了因干吸设备腐蚀造成频频停产检修的问题。
