Genetic Diversity of Leaf Phenotypic Traits in Walnut Germplasm Resources 被引量:5

In order to reveal the genetic diversity and variation sources of leaf phenotypic traits in walnut,the coefficient of variation,Shannon-weaver index,phenotypic differentiation coefficient,and the correlation of 9 leaf phenotypic traits for 251 walnut germplasm resources from two walnut populations were analyzed.The results showed that the averages of the variation coefficients and Shannon-weaver indexes of the leaf phenotype traits were 17.45%and 1.86 respectively.The F values of most inter-population traits and all intra-population traits were highly significant,and the F values of inter-population leaf shape index,leaflet number,length and leaf length were very large.The averages of inter-population and intra-population differentiation coefficients were 9.15%and 90.85%respectively.The leaf size,leaf thickness,and leaflet number were highly correlated with trunk perimeters.According to the results of principal component analyses,the 9 traits can be simplified into four principal components,which represent leaf size,petiole,leaflet number and leaf shape,respectively.There were extensive variations and rich genetic diversities in leaf phenotypic traits of walnut,and the intra-population variation was the leading source of phenotypic trait variation.Leaf shape index,leaflet number,internode length and leaf length can be used for population classification.The size and thickness of leaves and the number of leaflets will affect the accumulation of nutrients in walnut tree,and then affect its trunk perimeter. 展开更多

Retrotransposons are present in all plant genomes and play important roles in genome size,genome structure remodeling,gene function and genome evolution.Me07Em02 marked by sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) is verified,recovered,sequenced and analyzed,which closely link to the flesh color around the stone.By comparison with the peach genome Peach v1.0,a part of the sequence of copia-like retrotransposons is obtained.With the aid of DANMAN and DNASTAR sequence analysis software,BLASTn alignment is carried out in the peach genome database and GenBank.The whole genome sequence of the copialike retrotransposon in the peach is located at 9 939 764~9 944 771 bp in Scaffold-1 of Peach v1.0,with a total length of 5 008 bp.The LTR on both sides is exactly the same,the length is 444 bp,and the largest ORF box is located at the 487~4 545 bp of the sequence,encoding 1 535 amino acids.The amino acid sequence was submitted to GenBank for Protein BLAST alignment,The results showed that this sequence also has the typical amino acid sequence characteristics of the copia-like retrotransposon.At the same time,the method of peach retrotransposon labeling is preliminarily established,and the genetic diversity of the peach is analyzed. 展开更多

The internal factors are genetic control, grape varieties and development stages, and the external factors include ultraviolet radiation, salicylic acid, methyl jasmonate, polysaccharides or oligosaccharides, etc. Under natural condition, there is very little resveratrol in grape, and in order to improve the amount of synthesized resveratrol in grape, induction with external factors is necessary.
