Its pathogenesis is mainly IgE-mediated type I allergic reaction, which is mainly related to the imbalance of Th1/Th2 immune inflammatory factors. Recent studies have found that microRNA (miRNA) plays an important regulatory role in the pathogenesis of AR. At present, a large number of studies have confirmed that miRNA is closely related to allergic diseases. This article reviews the research on miRNA in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, in order to provide reference for the treatment and prevention of clinical allergic rhinitis, hoping to provide reference for the follow-up study of miRNA in AR.展开更多
