Based on existing research, this study conducted a survey of B Kindergarten in Wenling City using research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, and interview. Through investigation, it was found that the professional development of kindergarten teachers mainly faces problems such as insufficient professional spirit, lack of professional knowledge, uneven development of professional abilities, and weak awareness of professional development. To solve the above problems, kindergartens should attach importance to the professional development of teachers, create development platforms, strengthen teacher training, and promote educational research.展开更多
