This article sums up the research achievements and developments of acupuncture-immunology. Methods: The author reviewed a great amount of the relevant literature in recent ten years.She summarized the research in the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion on immune system in nonspecific immunity and specific immunity and mechanisms. Results: Consequently, acupuncture and moxibustion can prevent and treat disease by immunoregulation. Conclusion: At the aspect of mechanisms, the nervous and endocrine mechanism of acupuncture-immuneaction should be the key point of research.

中药结肠灌洗法治疗急性细菌性痢疾的观察及护理

引进西班牙HC 2 0 0 0型全自动洗肠机 ,用过滤加温的清水将肠道清洗后 ,注入中药“白头翁汤”治疗急性细菌性痢疾 ,在治疗过程中掌握合适的温度、压力、中药保留时间 ,并注意配合饮食调护及随症护理等 ,疗效满意 ,治愈率为 91.2 %。

中药加温外敷治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的效果观察

目的 观察中药加温外敷结合中西药内服治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效。方法 将120例十二指肠球部溃疡病人分为观察组和对照组各60例,现察组用中药研细粉,食醋调成糊后装入布制药袋,蒸热后用TDP照射保温外敷于胃脘部,同时服用雷尼替丁胶囊和通降胃灵片;对照组内服药同观察组,不行外敷。疗程结束后评价两组近期疗效;随访2年,记录远期复发情况。结果 两组近期治疗效果比较,观察组胃痛缓解时间为(5.00±1.05)d,对照组为(9.00±1.56)d,观察组校对照组明显缩短(t=6.70,P<0.01);两组复发情况比较,观察组2年复发率为14.3％,对照组为41.2％,观察组较对照组明显降低(P<O.01)。结论 中药加温外敷结合中西药内服治疗十二指肠球部溃疡明显地缩短了胃痛时间,降低了复发率。
