Methods: The author reviewed a great amount of the relevant literature in recent ten years.She summarized the research in the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion on immune system in nonspecific immunity and specific immunity and mechanisms. Results: Consequently, acupuncture and moxibustion can prevent and treat disease by immunoregulation. Conclusion: At the aspect of mechanisms, the nervous and endocrine mechanism of acupuncture-immuneaction should be the key point of research.展开更多
目的建立人中黄HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供参考依据。方法以70%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,超声提取30min,制备人中黄样品溶液;采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Boston Green ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速0.5~0.8ml/min,流动相0.1%磷酸水溶...目的建立人中黄HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供参考依据。方法以70%的乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,超声提取30min,制备人中黄样品溶液;采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Boston Green ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速0.5~0.8ml/min,流动相0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈进行梯度洗脱,测定波长228nm。结果精密度、稳定性和重复性均良好,并利用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件对10批人中黄的指纹图谱进行相似度评价,相似度均大于0.9。结论所建立的方法简便,稳定可靠,重复性好,建立的指纹图谱可作为人中黄质量评价的依据。展开更多
