Methods Twenty-five cases of post-cold cough, who visited the department of acupuncture-moxibustion of our hospital from January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016, were reviewed, and all the patients were treated by acupuncture combined with acupoint injection. Acupoint selection for acupuncture: bilateral Dìngchuǎn(定喘 EX-B 1), Fēngmén(风门 BL 12), Lièquē(列缺 LU 7), Fèishū(肺俞 BL 13) and Shènshū(肾俞 BL 23); the acupuncture was conducted once a day, with 1 day of interval after 6 days;6 times was considered as 1 course, and 2 consecutive courses were needed. Acupoint injection with medicinal vitamin D2 and calcium levulinate injection was conducted after acupuncture. Acupoint selection for injection: bilateral EX-B 1 and BL 13, and the treatment was conducted once every other day. Results Among the 25 patients with post-cold cough, 8 patients were cured, 16 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.0%. Conclusion The efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in treatment of post-cold cough is good.展开更多
