"Chiema" is one of the most important customs in daily life of Tibetan inhabitants.We can hardly find any records about its origin and evolution in ancient works.Some scholar once pointed out that it was ori..."Chiema" is one of the most important customs in daily life of Tibetan inhabitants.We can hardly find any records about its origin and evolution in ancient works.Some scholar once pointed out that it was originated in more than 1300 year ago,which was during the period when Bon was spread and widely accepted.Some Chinese pictographic characters and pictograms(、 、 、),which have homoorganicity and same functions with Tibetan "Chiema",have been found in the repertoire of inscriptions on bronze objects and inscriptions on bones in Shang Dynasty.This paper maintains the pictographic characters and pictograms are homogeny,synonymy and homology of Tibetan "Chiema".With this assumption,it points out that the customs of Tibetan "Chiema" at least was originated in 3000 years ago.This provides a strong evidence for the homology of cultures between Han nationality and Tibetan ethnic group.展开更多
