Eye diagnosis is a method for inspecting systemic diseases and syndromes by observing the eyes.With the development of intelligent diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM);artificial intelligence(AI)can improve the accuracy and efficiency of eye diagnosis.However;the research on intelligent eye diagnosis still faces many challenges;including the lack of standardized and precisely labeled data;multi-modal information analysis;and artificial in-telligence models for syndrome differentiation.The widespread application of AI models in medicine provides new insights and opportunities for the research of eye diagnosis intelli-gence.This study elaborates on the three key technologies of AI models in the intelligent ap-plication of TCM eye diagnosis;and explores the implications for the research of eye diagno-sis intelligence.First;a database concerning eye diagnosis was established based on self-su-pervised learning so as to solve the issues related to the lack of standardized and precisely la-beled data.Next;the cross-modal understanding and generation of deep neural network models to address the problem of lacking multi-modal information analysis.Last;the build-ing of data-driven models for eye diagnosis to tackle the issue of the absence of syndrome dif-ferentiation models.In summary;research on intelligent eye diagnosis has great potential to be applied the surge of AI model applications. 展开更多

目的评估连续隐神经阻滞在老年患者膝关节镜手术后镇痛的疗效及其对患侧股四头肌肌力的影响。方法拟在腰-硬联合麻醉下行单侧关节镜膝关节探查清理术的老年骨性关节炎患者90例,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,年龄65~83岁。按照随机数字表均分为三组,分... 目的评估连续隐神经阻滞在老年患者膝关节镜手术后镇痛的疗效及其对患侧股四头肌肌力的影响。方法拟在腰-硬联合麻醉下行单侧关节镜膝关节探查清理术的老年骨性关节炎患者90例,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,年龄65~83岁。按照随机数字表均分为三组,分别在手术结束后接受48h的连续隐神经阻滞(S组)、连续股神经阻滞(F组)及吗啡PCIA(M组)镇痛治疗。记录术前(T1)及术后6h(T2)、24h(T3)、48h(T4)、72h(T5)患者患侧股四头肌肌力、疼痛VAS评分、舒适度评分,并记录不良反应。结果 T2~T4时S组和M组股四头肌肌力差异无统计学意义,但明显高于F组(P〈0.01)。S组和F组在T2~T4时疼痛VAS评分均明显低于M组(P〈0.01),T2~T5时舒适度评分均明显高于M组(P〈0.01)。M组(9例,30%)的恶心呕吐明显高于S组(1例,3.3%)和F组(2例,6.7%)(P〈0.01),其它不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论连续隐神经阻滞与连续股神经阻滞术后镇痛效果相当,且连续隐神经阻滞对股四头肌肌力无明显影响,不良反应少。 展开更多

目的探讨分析预见性护理对肛肠外科护理质量及患者负性情绪的影响。方法该次纳入研究的对象为方便选取该院肛肠外科2020年1—6月收治的患者82例,按收治时间先后顺序分为对照组与干预组,每组41例,对照组患者给予外科常规护理,干预组患者... 目的探讨分析预见性护理对肛肠外科护理质量及患者负性情绪的影响。方法该次纳入研究的对象为方便选取该院肛肠外科2020年1—6月收治的患者82例,按收治时间先后顺序分为对照组与干预组,每组41例,对照组患者给予外科常规护理,干预组患者给予预见性护理,比较两组不同护理模式的护理质量及对患者负性情绪的影响。结果两组护理质量综合评分对比,对照组(77.0±2.5)分、干预组(93.1±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.966,P<0.001);干预后两组负性情绪评分对比,对照组SAS评分(42.1±3.5)分高于干预组SAS评分(34.5±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.973,P<0.001);对照组SDS评分(42.3±3.3)分高于干预组SDS评分(34.8±3.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.450,P<0.001)。结论预见性护理应用于肛肠外科的临床护理中,有助于提高护理质量,并对患者负性情绪产生积极影响,有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

We studied the effects of nasal thermosensible gels containing Chinese medicine Xingbi on Bufo gargarizans maxillary mucosal cilia movement and the ciliotoxicity in rats nasal mucosa. The saline water was used as a blank control, and 1% hydrochloric acid of methamphetamine Massachusetts was used as the negative control. Compared with normal saline control, the relative percentage of the lasting time of ciliary movement treated with Chinese medicine Xingbi was 94.1%. There was no remarkable pathological change in the tissue slice of nasal mucosa, and no stimulation on nasal mucous membrane was observed. So these data suggest that nasal thermosensible gel of Chinese medicine Xingbi is of high safety. It has no damage to the mucosa of toads and rats and can be used for intranasal administration. 展开更多
