Adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice, this study analyzes the current status of employee incentives within the institution, identifies existing problems, and proposes corresponding solutions. It is hoped that this research will assist hospitals in incentivizing their core employees and serve as a reference for other healthcare institutions.展开更多

The study identifies issues present in the process of evaluating training effectiveness and proposes solutions to optimize the training effect evaluation system. By constructing a comprehensive training effect evaluation system, this research aims to enhance the quality of hospital training, reduce the cost of evaluating training outcomes, and provide references for improving training practices.展开更多
