Methods: Based on the previous work, the expert consultation questionnaire was designed with Likert scale, and 11 public health experts in Guizhou province were invited to fill out the questionnaire. After statistical screening, the evaluation index system of this study was preliminarily determined. Results: The expert positive coefficient was 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.950, and the variation coefficient of the expert scoring results was between 0% and 39.10%. Except for the emergency command system and emergency response organization, the Cronbach’s α of other response capabilities was higher than 0.6, and the Cronbach’s α of the whole evaluation system was 0.951. The final index system included 9 first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators. Conclusions: The evaluation index system for the emergency public health response capacity of maternal and child hospitals established in this study has good reliability, which can provide a guiding reference for evaluating the emergency response capacity of maternal and child hospitals in the province, but its structural rationality needs to be further confirmed.展开更多
