The results showed that the VA yield was significantly increased when sodium nitrate was added as nitrogen source, pH value of medium was 6, but Fe2+ was not added; the addition of peptone into the basic medium as a nitrogen source contributed to the improvement of VE yield in mycelia; the PDA liquid medium, as a basic medium, was more conducive to the VA production by the Paecilomyces marquandii strain.展开更多
