The pilot products have been applied in 6 glass ware production lines and a great economic and social profit has been obtained. The pilot products and imported refractories were used in the same bottle glass tank furnace and the domestic refractories cover 99%. Energy consumption is 114kg of heavy oil per it glass melt.展开更多

The relationship between fading rate and the microstruoture of ...A study was conducted of the effects of chemical composition and heat boatment on fading rate of AgX containing R2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 photochromic glasses. The relationship between fading rate and the microstruoture of the glasses was investigated by TEM. The results suggest that those glasses with fine and uniform immissible droplets give fast fading rate, whereas for those glasses having slow fading rate the alkali-boron-rich phase area is obvioursly larger and AgX droplets are aggregated.展开更多
