目的基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件分析国内外针灸领域卫生经济学研究的现状与趋势。方法检索收集中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)和Web of Sciencec(WOS)等数据库中针灸卫生经济学的...目的基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件分析国内外针灸领域卫生经济学研究的现状与趋势。方法检索收集中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang Data)和Web of Sciencec(WOS)等数据库中针灸卫生经济学的研究文献,文献发表时间为建库至2022年12月31日。应用文献计量学方法对文献基本信息进行分析描述,利用CiteSpace及VOSviewer软件对研究的热点进行知识图谱描绘及可视化分析,包括合作网络分析及关键词的共现分析、聚类分析、时间线视图分析和爆发分析等。结果①经筛选,最终获得有效文献574篇,其中中文文献118篇、英文文献456篇。②中文文献发文机构以中国中医科学院针灸研究所发文量最高,英文文献发文机构以北京中医药大学发文量最高。③共38个国家参与相关研究,发文量最高的是中国(248篇),其次是美国(85篇)、韩国(65篇)。④关键词共现分析表明,中文文献高频关键词为针灸、针刺、脑卒中等;英文文献高频关键词为acupuncture、management、randomized controlled trial等。关键词爆发分析表明,针刺、脑卒中、面瘫、穴位埋线、偏头痛、脑梗死是早期的爆发关键词,近年来康复、基因表达、系统评价、临床疗效成为爆发关键词,这可能是针灸卫生经济学的未来研究趋势和重点。时间线视图分析表明,聚类标签的前4位依次为#0成本效果分析、#1卫生经济、#2脑卒中、#3针灸疗法,每个聚类都有0.8以上的轮廓值,表明本聚类相识度高,构成文献的主题集中。结论国内外研究均发现针灸具有良好的临床疗效,且费用较低,总体评价较优,但缺乏国内外机构和团队间的合作;针灸相关研究整体质量不高;针对穴位特异性及针刺的手法、时效、量效等方面缺乏卫生经济学评价分析,后续研究应加以补充和完善。展开更多
