复方中草药和替米考星对仔猪免疫功能的影响

为探究复方中草药以及替米考星对仔猪免疫功能的影响效果,选用(25±2)日龄的三元杂交仔猪240头,随机分为8组,Ⅰ~Ⅲ组(中药组)添加超微粉碎中草药进行饲喂(4、7、10kg·t^(-1));Ⅳ~Ⅵ组(中西医组)添加超微粉碎中草药+20%替米考星进行饲喂(4kg·t^(-1)+1kg·t^(-1)、7kg·t^(-1)+1kg·t^(-1)、10kg·t^(-1)+1kg·t^(-1));Ⅶ组添加20%替米考星进行饲喂(1kg·t^(-1));Ⅷ组为空白对照组。每组分别于免疫前1d和免疫后28d采血测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平,血清中白蛋白、总蛋白、免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG以及补体C3含量。结果表明:免疫后28d检测,添加中、西医及组合处理平均抗体水平均高于对照组,其中0.4%中草药添加剂量+20%替米考星(IV组)抗体水平最高而且离散度较小,差异显著(P<0.05);免疫后28d检测各处理组血清总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、免疫球蛋白IgG含量以及补体C3的含量与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05);0.4%中草药添加剂量+20%替米考星(IV组)的免疫功能提升程度优于其他试验组和对照组。表明日粮添加中草药及替米考星均能提高仔猪免疫功能,中西医组合处理效果最好。

Effects of a Self-made Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additive on Growth Performance and Occurrence of Diarrhea in Weaned Piglets

In this study,the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and occurrence of diarrhea in weaned piglets were investigated.A compound Chinese herbal medicine that consisted of Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Epimedium sagittatum,massa medicata fermentata,Atractylodes macrocephala,malt,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Angelica sinensis and Crataegus pinnatifida,was crushed and then passed through a 500-mesh sieve.The obtained powder was added to the basal diet of weaned piglets.A total of 100 healthy crossbred weaned piglets,aging 26±2 days,were selected.They were randomly divided into 5groups（20 piglets/group） in according to principles of similar parity（3-5）,similar body weight and half male and half female.The piglets in the control group were fed with basal diet.For the piglets in the I,II and III groups,0.4%,0.7% and 1.0%of Chinese herbal medicine additive were added to the basal diets,respectively.The basal diet of piglets in the IV group was added with 30 mg/kg of oxytetracycline.The results showed the incidences of diarrhea in I,II and III groups were4.85%,5.14% and 5.63% lower than that of control groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in incidence of diarrhea between the control and the IV groups.

复方中草药对仔猪免疫功能的效果影响

为了探究复方中草药对仔猪免疫功能的效果影响,试验选择健康、(25±2)日龄的三元杂交仔猪150头,随机分为5组,每组30头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.3%、0.4%、0.7%、1.0%的复方中草药。于免疫前1天和免疫后第28天采血测定猪瘟抗体水平和血清中白蛋白、总蛋白、免疫球蛋白Ig M、Ig G及补体C3浓度。结果表明:免疫后第28天添加复方中草药的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组仔猪猪瘟平均抗体水平均高于对照组,其中0.4%添加组(Ⅱ组)抗体水平最高,且离散度较小;免疫后第28天血清总蛋白浓度、免疫球蛋白Ig G及补体C3含量Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均较对照组提升,其中0.4%添加组(Ⅱ组)的提升程度优于其他各组,且与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)但血清中Ig M含量Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与对照组无明显差异。说明复方中草药可以增强仔猪免疫功能、提升猪瘟抗体水平,且增强及提升的程度与添加剂量有关。
