[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish an analytical method for the establishment of 13 trace elements in Anshun thorn pear(Rosa roxburghii) and golden thorn pear(Rosa sterilis S. D. Shi). [Methods] Nitric acid was used as the digestion system for microwave digestion. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to determine the trace elements in thorn pear and golden thorn pear. [Results] Be, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, As, Sr, Mo, Cd, Sb and Hg were determined by ICP-MS method in thorn pear and golden thorn pear. The correlation coefficients of the regression equations of the elements were higher than 0.996; the precision RSD was lower than 2.87%; and the recovery ranged from 94.3% to 109.8%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and simultaneous detection of multiple elements, and provides a reference method and theoretical basis for determining trace elements in thorn pear and golden thorn pear and other fruits. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to analyze the Raphanus sativus L.medicinal materials from different origins and batches in Guizhou Province to explore its quality standards.[Methods]The plant morphology,material shape and microscopic characteristics of R.sativus were identified;and qualitative identification was performed by the TLC method.[Results]The plant morphology,material shape and microscopic characteristics of the R.sativus medicinal materials were described;and the TLC identification method of the R.sativus medicinal materials was established,with clear spots,good separation,and good specificity.[Conclusions]The method is accurate,simple,highly sensitive,interference-free,has good reproducibility,and can be used as a data support for the formulation of quality standards for R.sativus medicinal materials. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the quality standard of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance.,so as to provide data support for the 2003 version of Quality Standards for Chinese Medicinal Materials and Ethnic Medicinal Materials in Guizhou Province.[Methods]H.moellendorffii was subjected to character identification and microscopic identification.Referring to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,TCL thin-layer identification and extract determination were carried out on 10 batches of H.moellendorffii from 6 habitats in Guizhou.[Results]The characters and microscopic characteristics of H.moellendorffii were described in detail.The TLC thin-layer identification spots were clear,with strong specificity.The limit of the medicinal material extract was determined to be not less than 22.0%.[Conclusions]This study can provide data support for the quality evaluation and standard improvement of the medicinal material H.moellendorffii. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish a method for determining the contents of Chaenomeles cathayensis(Hemsl.)Schneid.,and analyze the changes in effective components of C.cathayensis grown in Guizhou,so as to provide data support for the production and quality control of C.cathayensis.[Methods]The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in C.cathayensis in different areas of Guizhou were determined.The HPLC method was adopted under following conditions:chromatographic column waters C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5.0μm);mobile phase:methanol-0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate(85∶15);column temperature:25℃;detection wavelength:257 nm;flow rate 1.0 ml/min.[Results]Through methodological investigations,HPLC could be used to detect the contents of the two terpenoids oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in C.cathayensis from Guizhou.The content of oleanolic acid ranged from 0.076%to 0.144%,and the content of ursolic acid ranged from 0.201%to 0.439%.[Conclusions]A method for determining the contents of C.cathayensis was established using the HPLC method with oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as the index components.The method is accurate,reliable,and simple and easy to implement,and can serve as a reference and support for quality evaluation and standard improvement of C.cathayensis. 展开更多

[Objectives] This study was conducted to analyze the composition of volatile oil in different parts of fennel(Foenicuzu vulgare Mill.) and to compare the differences in the composition of volatile oil in different parts of fennel.[Methods]The steam distillation method was applied to extract volatile oil from different parts of fennel,and the components of volatile oil from different parts of fennel were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by the peak area normalization method.[Results]37,33,18,and 44 chemical components were separated from the volatile oil of fennel roots,stems,young leaves and fruit,respectively,accounting for 98.64%,99.34%,99.59% and 95.99% of the total volatile oil of corresponding parts.A total of 77 chemical components were identified in the four parts,of which 5 were common components.The main component of the volatile oil in the stems and young leaves was trans-anethole.The main components of the volatile oil in fruit were estragole and trans-anethole.And the main component of the volatile oil in the roots was dill apiol.The components in the volatile oil of fennel roots,stems,young leaves and fruit were different in type and content.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical reference for the further effective development and utilization of fennel resources. 展开更多

[ Objective] This study was conducted to determinate the contents of hyperoside and isoquercitrin in the leaves of Psidium guajava Linn. from different areas of Guizhou Province, which would provide data support for production and quality control of P. guajava leaf material. [ Method] The contents of hypereside and isoquercitrin were measured by HPLC under following conditions: Agilent XDB-C18,4.6 mm x 250 ram, 5 ttm, CH3CN-0.1% HCOOH (13: 87) as mobile phase, column temporature at 25 ℃, detection wavelength of 257 mn and flow rate at 1.0 ml/min. [ Result ] The results showed that leaves of P. guajava from dif- ferent producing areas contained variable hypereaide and isoquercitrin contents in the same period, and the differences in quality were obvious between different are- as. [ Conclusion] The method for detecting the contents of hypereside and isoquercitrin in P. guajava leaf materials is simple with reliable accurate results. The P. guajava leaf material produced in Gouting Township, Luedian County has better quality. 展开更多
