In order to improve the degradation activity of organophosphorus degradation bacterial strains, uniform design and support vector regression(SVR) are used to optimize the formula of mineral salt medium for the strains based on single factor experiment. The formula being used after SVR optimization is glucose 1.24 g/L,NH4 NO3 0.73 g, KH2 PO4 0.96 g, KCl 0.50 g, MgSO4·7 H2 O 0.50 g, MnSO4 0.02 g, CaCl2 0.04 g, distilled water 1 000 mL;the highest degradation rate is obtained at pH7.0(SVR, 76.68%), superior to that of the QSAR model(74.67%). The formula optimization method based on uniform design and SVR is very promising to apply in various multiple-factor and multiple-level formula optimization experiments. 展开更多

Changes in the Boreal Summer Intraseasonal Oscillation under Global Warming in CMIP6 Models

Changes in the activities of the Boreal Summer Intraseasonal Oscillation(BSISO)at the end of 21st century under the SSP5-8.5 scenario are assessed by adopting 17 CMIP6 models and the weak-temperature-gradient assumption.Results show that the intraseasonal variations become more structured.The BSISO-related precipitation anomaly shows a larger zonal scale and propagates further northward.However,there is no broad agreement among models on the changes in the eastward and northward propagation speeds and the frequency of individual phases.In the western North Pacific(WNP),the BSISO precipitation variance is significantly increased,at 4.62%K^(−1),due to the significantly increased efficiency of vertical moisture transport per unit of BSISO apparent heating.The vertical velocity variance is significantly decreased,at−3.51%K^(−1),in the middle troposphere,due to the significantly increased mean-state static stability.Changes in the lower-level zonal wind variance are relatively complex,with a significant increase stretching from the northwestern to southeastern WNP,but the opposite in other regions.This is probably due to the combined impacts of the northeastward shift of the BSISO signals and the reduced BSISO vertical velocity variance under global warming.Changes in strong and normal BSISO events in the WNP are also compared.They show same-signed changes in precipitation and large-scale circulation anomalies but opposite changes in the vertical velocity anomalies.This is probably because the precipitation anomaly of strong(normal)events changes at a rate much larger(smaller)than that of the meanstate static stability,causing enhanced(reduced)vertical motion. 展开更多

Due to hardware limitations,existing hyperspectral(HS)camera often suffer from low spatial/temporal resolution.Recently,it has been prevalent to super-resolve a low reso-lution(LR)HS image into a high resolution(HR)HS image with a HR RGB(or mul-tispectral)image guidance.Previous approaches for this guided super-resolution task often model the intrinsic characteristic of the desired HR HS image using hand-crafted priors.Recently,researchers pay more attention to deep learning methods with direct supervised or unsupervised learning,which exploit deep prior only from training dataset or testing data.In this article,an efficient convolutional neural network-based method is presented to progressively super-resolve HS image with RGB image guidance.Specif-ically,a progressive HS image super-resolution network is proposed,which progressively super-resolve the LR HS image with pixel shuffled HR RGB image guidance.Then,the super-resolution network is progressively trained with supervised pre-training and un-supervised adaption,where supervised pre-training learns the general prior on training data and unsupervised adaptation generalises the general prior to specific prior for variant testing scenes.The proposed method can effectively exploit prior from training dataset and testing HS and RGB images with spectral-spatial constraint.It has a good general-isation capability,especially for blind HS image super-resolution.Comprehensive experimental results show that the proposed deep progressive learning method out-performs the existing state-of-the-art methods for HS image super-resolution in non-blind and blind cases. 展开更多

Urban air pollution is a major challenge facing rapidly growing cities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with vehicle emissions being a significant contributor. This study aims to analyze the spatial and temporal patterns of air pollutants, particularly nitrogen dioxide (NO2), in Casablanca, Morocco, and investigate the relationship with urban development and transportation characteristics. By integrating satellite remote sensing data and Google Earth Engine (GEE) techniques, we provide a comprehensive assessment of air quality in Casablanca and demonstrate the value of using geospatial approaches for informing policymakers and urban planners. The results highlight seasonal variations in NO2 levels, the identification of pollution hotspots, and the quantification of the influence of urban features and traffic on air quality. We discuss the implications of these findings for targeted interventions to improve air quality and the potential for expanding the methodology to other pollutants and cities in the region. 展开更多

It is in this context that we conducted s... Côte d’Ivoire is currently experiencing strong growth in the mining sector. Identifying the formations present in our subsoil is therefore essential for mining recovery. It is in this context that we conducted studies on the formations present in the locality of Guintéguéla. It is located in the northwest of Côte d’Ivoire in the bafing region. The aim of this work was to determine the petrographic and structural characteristics of the formations of the area. The methodology began with documentation and then followed petrography and structural analysis work on the macroscopic and microscopic levels. We observed six groups of rocks: granitoids, amphibolites, orthogneiss, quartzites (poor and rich in magnetites), volcano-sediments and filonian rocks. Metamorphism is of amphibolite to granulite facies. However, volcano-sediments must be associated with the green schist facies. With regard to the structural, structures and microstructures such as foliation;fractures;sigmoidal figures reveal that the studied area was affected by ductile and also brittle tectonics whose main directions are oriented along the shear corridor, so N-S to NNW-SSE. 展开更多

After the “14th Five-Year Plan”, VOCs, instead of SO2, became one of the five indicators of China’s atmospheric governance. As a result, the government’s efforts to control VOCs have increased significantly. VOCs governance mustn’t be delayed. In order to improve the oxidation resistance properties of 30 at.% Mo5Si3/MoSi2 composite at high temperature in air, a molybdenum disilicide coating was prepared on its surface by a molten salt technology. XRD and SEM analysis showed that only tetragonal MoSi2 phase existed in the coating after being siliconized for 5 h at 900℃. The oxidation film formed on the uncoated sample was not dense, so that oxygen diffused easily through it. The volatilization of MoO3 resulted in the oxidation film separating from the substrate. The MoSi2 coating was proved to be an effective method to prevent 30 at.% Mo5Si3/MoSi2 composites from being oxidized at 1200℃. A dense glassy SiO2 film was formed on the MoSi2 coating surface, which acted as a barrier layer for the diffusion of oxygen atoms to the substrate. The 30at.% MosSi3/MoSi2 composites with a MoSi2 coating showed much better oxidation resistance at high temperature. 展开更多

Objective:This study aims to provide the material basis for the molecular mechanism of Yuxingcao(Houttuynia cordata Thunb,HCT)through the method of evidence-based study to summarize the natural constituents isolated from HCT.Methods:We searched CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed and relevant conference compilations.The keywords were'Yuxingcao or Houttuynia cordata Thunb'and'components'or'ingredients'or'constituent'or'volatile oil'or'flavonoids'or'terpene'or'content',both in Chinese and English.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the reported compositions and contents have been summarized,and SPSS software was used to draw the boxplot of contents.Results:A total of 603 natural compounds in 11 categories were obtained from pooled articles.In the diverse components,the number of aliphatic compounds(n=259)and terpenoids(n=158)are more than those of flavonoids(n=26),alkaloids(n=42)and aromatics(n=42).While,in the part of volatile oils of HCT,the largest components are aliphatic compounds(mainly distributed on the ground)and terpenoids(mainly distributed in the underground).Although,methyl n-nonylketone is distributed in the whole herb plant,a large proportion is present in the underground parts.As for non-volatiles,the flavonoid content(mainly distributed on the ground)was the highest,among which quercetin and its glycosyl derivatives were the prominent.Conclusion:The results of this study provide a more comprehensive material basis for the further study of HCT.It is also helpful to explain the mechanisms of anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-viral and anti-cancer effects from the molecular target and molecular network levels. 展开更多

This work was to generate landslide susceptibility maps for the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR) area, China by using different machine learning models. Three advanced machine learning methods, namely, gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT), random forest(RF) and information value(InV) models, were used, and the performances were assessed and compared. In total, 202 landslides were mapped by using a series of field surveys, aerial photographs, and reviews of historical and bibliographical data. Nine causative factors were then considered in landslide susceptibility map generation by using the GBDT, RF and InV models. All of the maps of the causative factors were resampled to a resolution of 28.5 m. Of the 486289 pixels in the area,28526 pixels were landslide pixels, and 457763 pixels were non-landslide pixels. Finally, landslide susceptibility maps were generated by using the three machine learning models, and their performances were assessed through receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves, the sensitivity, specificity,overall accuracy(OA), and kappa coefficient(KAPPA). The results showed that the GBDT, RF and In V models in overall produced reasonable accurate landslide susceptibility maps. Among these three methods, the GBDT method outperforms the other two machine learning methods, which can provide strong technical support for producing landslide susceptibility maps in TGR. 展开更多

In RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)system,when multiple tags are in the operating range of one reader and send their information to the reader simultaneously,the signals of these tags are superimposed in the air,which results in a collision and leads to the degrading of tags identifying efficiency.To improve the multiple tags’identifying efficiency due to collision,a physical layer network coding based binary search tree algorithm(PNBA)is proposed in this paper.PNBA pushes the conflicting signal information of multiple tags into a stack,which is discarded by the traditional anti-collision algorithm.In addition,physical layer network coding is exploited by PNBA to obtain unread tag information through the decoding operation of physical layer network coding using the conflicting information in the stack.Therefore,PNBA reduces the number of interactions between reader and tags,and improves the tags identification efficiency.Theoretical analysis and simulation results using MATLAB demonstrate that PNBA reduces the number of readings,and improve RFID identification efficiency.Especially,when the number of tags to be identified is 100,the average needed reading number of PNBA is 83%lower than the basic binary search tree algorithm,43%lower than reverse binary search tree algorithm,and its reading efficiency reaches 0.93. 展开更多

The chaotic scale-up approach by matching the Kolmogorov entropy(E_K) proposed by Schouten et al.(1996) was assessed in two geometrically similar gas–solid fluidized bed columns of 0.14 and 0.44 m diameter.We used four conditions of our validated new mechanistic scale-up method based on matching the radial profiles of gas holdup where the local dimensionless hydrodynamic parameters were similar as measured by advanced measurement techniques.These experimental conditions were used to evaluate the validity of the chaotic scale-up method,which were selected based on our new mechanistic scale-up methodology.Pressure gauge transducer measurements at the wall and inside the bed at various local radial locations and at three axial heights were used to estimate KE.It was found that the experimental conditions with similar or close radial profiles of the Kolmogorov entropy and with similar or close radial profiles of the gas holdup achieve the similarity in local dimensionless hydrodynamic parameters,and vice versa. 展开更多

Starting with a simple presentation of location determination techniques, physical location and geographic location as two common kinds of location description methods are discussed. The semantic location concept is then introduced and a correction is given, which especially emphasizes that location property is an important part of semantic location. By analyzing the connotation and extension of every geographic location, what should be contained in a location property is determined. Using a hierarchical model, the relations and associations among locations are clearly described. To realize a formalized description of semantic location, an ontology technique that can adequately describe semantic information of location is used. Organized by ontology web language, a location ontology model allows semantic location to be read and processed by computer. The location ontology model realizes the knowledge description of location information and establishes an important foundation to personalized preference services in location based services. 展开更多

Effects of a starter culture composed of Lactobacillus sakei,Pediococcus pentosaceus,Staphylococcus xylosus and S.carnosus at the ratios(m/m)of 1:1:1:1 on bacterial profile and biogenic amine accumulation in Chinese Sichuan sausages were demonstrated.In starter culture-inoculated sausages,Lactobacillus spp.,Pediococcus spp.and Staphylococcus spp.were predominant bacterial genus and their relative abundances ranged from 70.14%to 25.98%,57.66%to 14.08%,and 15.71%to 13.40%during fermentation,respectively.Accordingly,Lactobacillus spp.and Weissella spp.were predominant bacterial genus and their relative abundances ranged from 63.14%to 24.70%and 49.40%to 11.96%during spontaneous fermentation,respectively.Furthermore,the abundances of undesirable microorganisms such as Yersinia spp.,Enterobacter spp.,Acietobacter spp.and Psychrobacter spp.were lower than that of the control.The levels of histamine,putrescine,tyramine and cadaverine in Chinese Sichuan sausages with starter cultures inoculation were significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of the control,and were decreased by 83.09%,69.38%,51.87%and 57.20%,respectively,at the end of the ripening.These results revealed that the starter cultures inoculation was a better alternative for microbial quality improvement and biogenic amine reduction of Chinese Sichuan sausages with good sensory attributes. 展开更多

A systematic summary of natural compounds in Radix Glycyrrhizae 被引量:3

Objective: To accumulate data from studies on the compounds identified from Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, GC), andthen systematically summarize and classify these compounds according to their structural characteristics. Methods: Fivedatabases (CNKI, VIP, Wanfang data, CBM, and Pubmed) were used to search for studies on the chemical structure ofcompounds from GC. The retrieval time of the respective databases was from their inception to March 2016. Accordingto the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the papers were carefully screened, and the data were extracted. Results: A totalof 653 compounds from GC were collated from 252 articles, including flavonols (n = 201) belonging to 10 subgroups,terpenes and saponins (n = 167), coumarins (n = 30) belonging to 3 subgroups, aliphatics (n = 206), aromatics (n = 35),and others (n = 14). The flavones, represented by liquiritin and liquiritigenin, were the most reported compounds isolatedfrom GC, followed by terpenes and saponins such as glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid. Conclusion: The morethan 600 natural compounds in GC may be responsible for GC’s anti-inflammatory, phlegm-expelling, cough- andpain-relieving activities. 展开更多
