5G is a new generation of mobile networking that aims to achieve unparalleled speed and performance. To accomplish this, three technologies, Device-to-Device communication (D2D), multi-access edge computing (MEC) and ...5G is a new generation of mobile networking that aims to achieve unparalleled speed and performance. To accomplish this, three technologies, Device-to-Device communication (D2D), multi-access edge computing (MEC) and network function virtualization (NFV) with ClickOS, have been a significant part of 5G, and this paper mainly discusses them. D2D enables direct communication between devices without the relay of base station. In 5G, a two-tier cellular network composed of traditional cellular network system and D2D is an efficient method for realizing high-speed communication. MEC unloads work from end devices and clouds platforms to widespread nodes, and connects the nodes together with outside devices and third-party providers, in order to diminish the overloading effect on any device caused by enormous applications and improve users’ quality of experience (QoE). There is also a NFV method in order to fulfill the 5G requirements. In this part, an optimized virtual machine for middle-boxes named ClickOS is introduced, and it is evaluated in several aspects. Some middle boxes are being implemented in the ClickOS and proved to have outstanding performances.展开更多

Biostratigraphically important palynomorphs including four angiosp...Palynological study of the Minato Formation, Noda Group, distributed in the vicinity of Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan is discussed in this paper. Biostratigraphically important palynomorphs including four angiosperm species, Triprojectus subspinulosus(Funkhouser) Braman, Triprojectus cf. spinulosus(Mtchedlishvili) Stanley, Paraalnipollenites confusus Hills et Wallace and Pistillipollenites macgregorii Rouse, and one fungi species, Pesavis tagluensis Elsik et Jansonius are described. Palyno-assembleges from the lower and the middle horizons of the Minato Formation are considered to indicate Danian in age, which corresponds well with the known fission-track dating. Palyno-assembleges from the lower and middle horizons of the Minato Formations are correlative with those from the Wuyun Formation and the Upper Tsagayan Subformation of Heilongjiang(Amur) River area in northeast China and the Russian Far East. Despite the similarity of the palyno-assembleges, differences in the diversity of angiosperms and species composition of some biostratigraphically important species are recognized between the two regions.展开更多
Ranging based on the reflection principle of ultrasonic wave propagating in the air has been widely used in modern life, such as car reversing radar, robot automatic obstacle avoidance etc. Aiming at the situation tha...Ranging based on the reflection principle of ultrasonic wave propagating in the air has been widely used in modern life, such as car reversing radar, robot automatic obstacle avoidance etc. Aiming at the situation that the blinds have no way to know whether there are obstacles or big safety risks in front of them when they are walking, this paper designed obstacle avoidance gloves for the blinds based on ultrasonic sensors. With Arduino Nano single chip microcomputer as main controller, combined with ultrasonic sensor module, bluetooth module and speaker module, the glove realized the function of obstacle detection and alarm. The main working principle is by using the ultrasonic sensors to transmit and receive ultrasonic, the time difference for transmitting and receiving to detect the distance of obstacles ahead. Besides, by means of voice module output audio signals with different frequency according to the obstacle distance, the blinds can judge the distance between them to the obstacles based on the sound with different frequencies they heard. In this way, they can make responses in advance to avoid the obstacles ahead and the happening of the risk.展开更多
