BRICS to BRICSCESS——A perspective for practical action in the promotion of healthy lifestyles to improve public health in five countries

In 2006,during a United Nations General Assembly session in New York City,Russia presented a concept for developing multilateral international cooperation.Subsequently,foreign ministers from other countries unanimously expressed interest in being part of this union of nations,and BRIC(as initially known)was established.
