The directed crack mechanism and its mechanical model have been analysed and expounded. Through the 43 production experiments using slotted cartridges and the double triangle center cut-holes for directed crack blasting in underground rock drift, the results of which the rates of half-hole marks and efficiency of borehole,and the nonsmooth grades of the cut contours are 96%, 98% and 10cm respectively have been achieved.展开更多

It investigated the effects of the additive on adsorption and activation rate of the resultant activated carbon. The separation performance has been evaluated by the use of proposed ISO Standard measures which are based on the partition curve.The laboratory rig, the test programme and results derived from it are discussed. The effect of screen length, feed rate and screen motion on the levels of screen performance as indicated by these measures and a normalised separation size parameter are discussed in relation to the assumed screening conditions for the tests reported and conclusions are summarised.展开更多

By mixing RDX and Nitramon on a particular scale and sticking the explosive cartridge on the outwall surface of the pipe, the experimental result makes clear that the controlled blasting method can get rid of the soot effectively. Under the action of the blasting compression wave and reflectance tension wave, the soot is destroyed effectively in the region of-60°～60° around the blasting site, that creates a condition for the second blasting in the surplus soot.展开更多

Through analyzing the change of Fourier spectra the deformation of the graph can be obtained. A few years ago,based on the above principles the authors proposed a new technique of strain measurement by laser spectral analysis. On the basis of selecting reasonably materials and surface strenthening methods of distributors, pump’s function tests under the condition of contamination were performed with actual distributors. The results showed that wear resistance and contaminant wear lifetime of TiN coated high-speed steel W18Cr4V distributor is the best and TiN coating technology can be used in manufacturing of pump’s distributor.展开更多
