Recently,internet stimulates the explosive progress of knowledge discovery in big volume data resource,to dig the valuable and hidden rules by computing.Simultaneously,the wireless channel measurement data reveals big...Recently,internet stimulates the explosive progress of knowledge discovery in big volume data resource,to dig the valuable and hidden rules by computing.Simultaneously,the wireless channel measurement data reveals big volume feature,considering the massive antennas,huge bandwidth and versatile application scenarios.This article firstly presents a comprehensive survey of channel measurement and modeling research for mobile communication,especially for 5th Generation(5G) and beyond.Considering the big data research progress,then a cluster-nuclei based model is proposed,which takes advantages of both the stochastical model and deterministic model.The novel model has low complexity with the limited number of cluster-nuclei while the cluster-nuclei has the physical mapping to real propagation objects.Combining the channel properties variation principles with antenna size,frequency,mobility and scenario dug from the channel data,the proposed model can be expanded in versatile application to support future mobile research.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase on neurological function,coagulation function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A...Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase on neurological function,coagulation function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 patients in each group.The control group(n=48)received routine treatment,and the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase on the basis of routine treatment.The neurological deficit score,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),tumor necrosis factor-a level(TNF-α),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups after 15 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment;PT levels were increased,while APTT,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels were all decreased in both groups,and the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Intravenous thrombolysis therapy with alteplase can improve the neurological function,coagulation function and serum levels of inflammatory factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

Methods:.Five patients.(5 eyes),.who had undergone...Purpose:.To assess the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with intravitreal injection in the treatment of endophthalmitis after phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Methods:.Five patients.(5 eyes),.who had undergone conventional phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation at another treatment facility,.presented with endophthalmitis. The subjects ranged in age from 41 to 79 years (65.8±0.5 years on average),.and three were male..All five cases received bacterial culture susceptibility testing..On the basis of the treatment of primary disease, 3 cases had anterior chamber irrigation,.and posterior vitrectomy followed by intravitreal injection of 1 mg vancomycin plus 2.25 mg ceftazidime. Results:.Four out of the five cases of endophthalmitis had a positive bacterial culture testing results.(two cases of staphylococcus epidermidis,.one case of enterococcus faecalis and one case of head-like staphylococcus),.and the remaining case had no bacterial growth..Four cases showed restored visual acuity,.clear vitreous cavity,.and no retinal detachment or other complications. Conclusion: Management of patients presenting with endophthalmitis subsequent to cataract surgery should include: prompt bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests, and where appropriate, vitrectomy combined with intravitreal injection of vancomycin.展开更多

Using manually collected data on the number and category of critical audit matters(CAMs)in the period 2016–2017,we investigate the hitherto unexplored questions of whether CAMs affect firm-specific crash risk,how CAM...Using manually collected data on the number and category of critical audit matters(CAMs)in the period 2016–2017,we investigate the hitherto unexplored questions of whether CAMs affect firm-specific crash risk,how CAMs influence crash risk in the Chinese capital market,and recognize CAMs that contain incremental information.Our findings are as follows:(1)Crash risk decreases after implementing the new audit standard requiring the disclosure of CAMs;(2)CAMs release negative information and change the capital market information environment;(3)only corporateidiosyncratic CAMs contain incremental information;(4)crash risk is mitigated only by CAMs disclosed by companies with a high shareholding of institutional investors.The main conclusion of our study is a positive assessment of the new audit standard and of CAMs in terms of protecting the interests of investors and strengthening the stability of the capital market to provide a new perspective for supervising the implementation of the new audit standard.展开更多
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a malignant epithelial tumor originating in the nasopharynx and has a high incidence in Southeast Asia and North Africa.To develop these comprehensive guidelines for the diagnosis and m...Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is a malignant epithelial tumor originating in the nasopharynx and has a high incidence in Southeast Asia and North Africa.To develop these comprehensive guidelines for the diagnosis and management of NPC,the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)arranged a multi-disciplinary team comprising of experts from all sub-specialties of NPC to write,discuss,and revise the guidelines.Based on the findings of evidencebased medicine in China and abroad,domestic experts have iteratively developed these guidelines to provide proper management of NPC.Overall,the guidelines describe the screening,clinical and pathological diagnosis,staging and risk assessment,therapies,and follow-up of NPC,which aim to improve the management of NPC.展开更多
Wound dressing management is critical in healthcare,and frequent dressing changes for full-thickness skin wounds can hinder healing.Nanofiber dressings that resemble the extracellular matrix,have gained popularity in ...Wound dressing management is critical in healthcare,and frequent dressing changes for full-thickness skin wounds can hinder healing.Nanofiber dressings that resemble the extracellular matrix,have gained popularity in wound repair,however,it is challenging to explore how to frequently change it without affecting healing processing and avoiding secondary damage.Here,we developed a self-adhesive and detachable nanofiber dressing inspired by Andrias davidianus.Our asymmetric nanofiber dressing exhibits strong adhesion(26 kPa),to the wound at high temperature(approximately 25°C)to the wound surface and can be easily detached(4 kPa)at low temperature(below 8°C),enabling painless dressing changes that minimize secondary injuries.The dressing comprises an outer layer of polylactic acid which provides mechanical property,support,and pollution resistance,with an inner layer of nanofibrous membrane,composed of gelatin and Andrias davidianus skin secretions,which promotes cellular migration,enhances wound healing and possesses inherent antimicrobial properties.Furthermore,the all-natural nanofiber dressings can be prepared on a large scale and offer favorable biocompatibility to meet the basic requirements of wound dressings.These findings demonstrate the potential applicability of our multilayer nanofiber dressing for advancing wound healing practices.展开更多
