It is particularly important to thoroughly implement China’s Marine Environmental Protection Law, establish and improve the emergency response mechanism for oil spill pollution environmental incidents, and scientifically and reasonably delineate the level of oil spill pollution incidents. In response to this problem, the standard of the minimum pollution incident was analyzed and explained in this paper.展开更多
