Methods Thirty-five extensively burned patients ( 〉30 % total body surface area) were included in this study, and were divided into MODS group (n = 13) and non-MODS group ( n = 22). The blood samples were collected on post bum days 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 and 28. The plasma levels of HMGB1 were measured by using ELISA, and T lymphocyte proliferation response and its IL-2 production ability in peripheral blood were determined too.展开更多

Methods Five cases with combined brnm-blast injury transferred for three times were admitted from a remote area to our burns institute 77 hours after injury on June 7,2005. The burn extent was (89.6±7.2)% (80%-97%) TBSA, with (83.4±7.3)% (75%-92%) TBSA full-thickness injury.展开更多

Methods The peritoneal macrophages were obtained from female Balb/C mice. After stimulation with 100μg/L HMGB1 for 48 h,the receptor for advanced glycafion end products (RAGE) expression in macrophages was detected by flow cytometry and laser scanning confocal microscopy, respectively.展开更多

Methods Male white rabbits were injured with boiling water and endotoxin (2 mg/kg) to establish scald and sepsis model. The plasma glucose level in physiologicrange was controlled with insulin and the proteolytic rate and the expression of proteasome in extensor digitorium longus were determined.展开更多
