RAPD analysis was carried out in germplasmlines CNH 123(RCLCuV),CNH 1012(RCLCuV),CNH 1020(SCLCuV)and CNH120(SCLCuV)to establish polymorphismamong the cotton leaf curl virus(CLCuV)resistant and susceptible genotypes.These lineswere characterized using 80 decamer primers byamplification.Eighty primers amplified 392scorable DNA fragments out of which 20% werepolymorphic.The lines CNH 123 and CNH 120have similarity(85%)as obtained by the Neiand Lies coefficient of similarity.The 展开更多
