Aimed at requirements, a kind of radar stabilized platform with external rotor and orthogonal shafts is designed. Its dynamic characters are analyzed by using finite element theory and ANSYS software. Also, a traditional stabilized platform with inner rotor is designed for comparison. It is shown that the new platform reduces two transmission links and 20% of precise components, its weight decreases by 20%, its natural frequency and rigidity are enlarged, the operating accuracy and stationary are increased. The new stabilized platform is more superiority and practicability. Its design method and analysis results have already been used in development mission. It provides helpful reference for similar structure designs. 展开更多

A silicon-based tetracarboxylate connector has been prepared and employed in the construction of new metal-organic framework(MOF) material. A novel Cd(Ⅱ) coordination compound, namely, [Cd_4(H_2O)(L)(DMA)_2]_n(1, H_4L = 5,5?-(diphenylsilanediyl) diisophthalic acid, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide) has been successfully synthesized based on the ligand. X-ray single-crystal structure analysis reveals that polymer 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.3335(11), b = 14.1557(15), c = 22.004(2) ?, α = 72.308(2), β = 88.105(2), γ = 88.363(3)o, V = 3064.2(6) ?~3, Cd_4Si_2C_(64)N_2O_(19)H_(52), Mr = 1659, Dc = 1.790 g/cm^3, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.486 mm^(-1), F(000) = 1630, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0660 and w R = 0.1302 for 12069 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). Its structure has been further characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analyses and IR spectroscopy. Additionally, luminescent property of the title compound has been explored, and shows intense photoluminescent property in the solid state at room temperature. 展开更多

Human growth hormone(hGH), a classic therapeutic protein, which promotes growth and wound healing, is released from the pituitary gland. As a protein drug, its short half-life is its main barrier to therapeutic efficacy. Various strategies have been designed to prolong its serum half-life, the most conunon of which is the conjugation with polyethylene glycol(PEG), as this has been shown to significantly extend protein's serum half-life. However, PEGylation often results in random conjugation, which can lead to impaired protein function and hinder purification, characterization and evaluation of the PEGylated protein. Therefore, site specific PEGylation is a promising direction for PEG-protein conjugation. Here we took advantages of the mutated sortase A(7M) enzyme, which can enzymati- cally ligate the universal a-amino acids to a C-terminal tagged protein. This then allows specific modification of the C-terminal of hGH with PEG. This site-specific bound PEG-hGH has similar efficacy, receptor binding and cell proliferation as wild-type hGH; however, pharmacokinetic analysis demonstrates that its serum half-life is almost 24 times that of wild-type hGH. Herein, we provided a promising advancement in the development of site specific PEGylated therapeutic proteins. 展开更多

A Cd-containing metal–organic framework(Cd L), formula as {[Cd_3(L)_2(H_2O)_6] 1.5DMF}, has been synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of 4,40,400-(methylsilanetriyl)tribenzoic acid(H_3L)... A Cd-containing metal–organic framework(Cd L), formula as {[Cd_3(L)_2(H_2O)_6] 1.5DMF}, has been synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of 4,40,400-(methylsilanetriyl)tribenzoic acid(H_3L) and Cd^(2+)ion. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that Cd L displays a three-dimensional framework with 2-fold interpenetration and DMF molecules locate in the void space of the channels. A topological analysis of the framework indicates Cd Lisa 3,4-connected pto net. The photoluminescence properties of Cd L are systematically studied in detail. Impressively, Cd L shows excellent detection performance towards Fe^(3+)ion and acetone in the sensing experiments, which undoubtedly demonstrates the great potential of Cd L as a highly selective multi-responsive luminescent sensor for the detection of organic solvents and metal ions. 展开更多

High damage threshold HfO_2/SiO_2 multilayer mirrors deposited by novel remote plasma sputtering 被引量:1

Sputtering deposition coatings offer significant advantages on electron beam (EB) deposition, including high packing density, environmental stability and extremely low losses. But the inherent high compressive stress affects its application in high power laser system. This paper describes the technical feasibility of high damage threshold laser mirrors deposited by a novel remote plasma sputtering technique. This technique is based on generating intensive plasma remotely from the target and then magnetically steering the plasma to the target to realize the full uniform sputtering. The pseudo-independence between target voltage and target current provides us very flexible parameters tuning, especially for the films stress control. Deposition conditions are optimized to yield fully oxidized and low compressive stress single layer HfO2 and SiO2. The high damage threshold of 43.8 J/cm2 for HfO2/ SiO2 laser mirrors at 1064 nm is obtained. For the first time the remote plasma sputtering is successfully applied in depositing laser mirrors with high performance. 展开更多

Two heterometallic uranium oxyfluorides with hybrid networks were hydrothermally synthesized by incorporating two imidazoles, 1-(biphenyl-4-yl)-lH-imidazole (bpi) and 1,4-di(1H-imidazol-l-yl)ben- zene (dib), formulated as Zn(bpi)2(UO2)2(H2O)F6 (1) and Zn(dib)(UO2)F4-0.5H20 (2). Compound 1 consists of chains of edge-sharing UO2F5 and UO2F4(H20) pentagonal bipyramids, which are linked by Zn(bpi)2 moieties to form the sheet structure with decorated bpi. While in compound 2, sheets of edge- sharing dimers of UO2F5 pentagonal bipyramids and ZnF3N2 polyhedra are linked by dib, creating a pillared three-dimensional framework. The two compounds represent the few examples of heterometallic uranium oxyfluorides incorporating organic ligands. The syntheses, structure as well as the IR spectra, UV-vis spectra and luminescent properties of the bimetallic uranium oxyfluorides are studied. 展开更多

Hydrothermal reactions of uranyl nitrate and 4,4'-oxidiphthalic acid(H4L) resulted in the formation of three new uranyl-organic framework materials,namely(NH4)2[(UO2)3(L)2]·5H2O(1),(NEt4)[(UO2)3(H2O)(L)(HL)](2) and(UO2)7(H2O)2(phen)4(L)2(HL)2(3)(NEt4 = tetraethylammonium,phen = 1,10-phenanthroline).These three structures all comprise common uranyl pentagonal bipyramids.In 1,UO7polyhedra are linked by hexadentate ligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels,in which are located NH4^+ ions and water molecules.While in 2,the organic ligands adopt pentadentate and hexadentate coordination modes,ligating UO7 units to create a layered structure with channels filled by NEt4^+ ions.For 3,uranyl square bipyramids are also accommodated together with pentagonal bipyramids,which are linked by tetradentate carboxylate ligands to produce the layered assembly.Phen molecules also coordinate to the uranyl centers to build up the structure.Luminescent studies indicate that 2 and 3 exhibit the characteristic uranyl emission. 展开更多
