The pain, which had been initially noted about 7 days prior, was worsening. The patient denied lever, bloody stool, or weight loss in recent months. She had no significant medical or surgical history. Physical examination revealed a sot1 but distended abdomen with hypoactive bowel sounds. Laboratory data revealed mild leukocytosis.展开更多
