Under the co-promotion of the wave of urbanization and the rise of data science,smart cities have become the new concept and new practice of urban development.Smart cities are the combination of information technology represented by the Internet of Things,cloud computing,mobile networks and big data,and urbanization.How to effectively achieve the long-term preservation of massive,heterogeneous,and multi-source digital electronic records in smart cities is a key issue thatmust be solved.Digital continuity can ensure the accessibility,integrity and availability of information.The quality management of electronic record,like the quality management of product,will run through every phase of the urban lifecycle.Based on data quality management,this paper constructs digital continuity of smart city electronic records.Furthermore,thework in this paper ensures the authenticity,integrity,availability and timeliness of electronic documents by quality management of electronic record.This paper elaborates on the overall technical architecture of electronic record,as well as the various technical means needed to protect its four characteristics. 展开更多

Digital twinning and edge computing are attractive solutions to support computing-intensive and servicesensitive Internet of Vehicles applications.Most of the existing Internet of Vehicles service offloading solutions only consider edge–cloud collaboration,but the collaboration between small cell eNodeB(SCeNB)should not be ignored.Service delays far lower than offloading tasks to the cloud can be obtained through reasonable collaborative computing between nodes.The proposed framework realizes and maintains the simulation of collaboration between SCeNB nodes by constructing a digital twin that maintains SCeNB nodes in the central controller,thereby realizing user task offloading positions,sub-channel allocation,and computing resource allocation.Then an algorithm named AUC-AC is proposed,based on the dominant actor–critic network and the auction mechanism.In order to obtain a better command of global information,the convolutional block attention mechanism(CBAM)is used in the digital twin of each SCeNB node to observe its environment and learn strategies.Numerical results show that our experimental scheme is better than several baseline algorithms in terms of service delay. 展开更多

With the accelerating process of social informatization,our personal information security and Internet sites,etc.,have been facing a series of threats and challenges.Recently,well-developed neural network has seen great advancement in natural language processing and computer vision,which is also adopted in intrusion detection.In this research,a hybrid model integrating Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network and Long Short-term Memory Network(MSCNN-LSTM)is designed to conduct the intrusion detection.Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network(MSCNN)is used to extract the spatial characteristics of data sets.And Long Short-term Memory Network(LSTM)is responsible for processing the temporal characteristics.The data set used in this experiment is KDDCUP99 with different probability distributions in the training set and test set involving some newly emerging attack types,making the data more realistic.As a result,this type of data set is widely applied in the simulation experiment of intrusion detection.In this experiment,the assessment indices such as the accuracy rate,recall rate and F1 score are introduced to check the performance of this model. 展开更多

Research on the Best Shooting State Based on the “Three Forces” Model

The shooting state during shooting refers to the basketball’s shooting speed,shooting angle and the ball’s rotation speed.The basketball flight path is also related to these factors.In this paper,based on the three forces of Gravity,Air Resistance and Magnus Force,the“Three Forces”model is established,the Kinetic equations are derived,the basketball flight trajectory is solved by simulation,and the best shot state when shooting is obtained through the shooting percentage.Compared with the“Single Force”model that only considers Gravity,the shooting percentage of the“Three Forces”model is higher.The reason is that the Magnus Force generated by considering the basketball rotation speed is considered.Although in the“Three Forces”model,the shot speed is faster and the shot is harder,the backspin will reduce the angle of the shot and achieve the goal of saving effort.By calculating the best shot state and giving the athlete’s usual training state range,you can guide the training,thereby improving the athlete’s shooting percentage during the game. 展开更多

Water Vapor Transport Related to the Interdecadal Shift of Summer Precipitation over Northern East Asia in the Late 1990s 被引量:1

In this study, an interdecadal shift of summer precipitation over northern East Asia (NEA) was identified, demon-strating that summer precipitation decreased abruptly after 1998/99. The synchronous shift in summer moisture budget and water vapor transport over NEA was further investigated by using the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data. The results indicate that water vapor transported northward into NEA from three low-latitude paths was limited because most water vapor was transported eastward. Water vapor transported from the westerly path in mid-high (WMH) lat-itudes exhibited significant correlations with summer precipitation in NEA and experienced a significant adjustment in the late 1990s. Regarding the spatial distributions of water vapor transport, less input was found through the west-ern boundary while more output occurred through the eastern boundary of NEA, and zonal water vapor transport fluxes mainly concentrated at the low to middle levels, which led to the summer precipitation shift in NEA around the late 1990s. Furthermore, it is also confirmed that the wind anomalies (rather than the moisture disturbance) as the dominant internal dynamic factor and Pacific Decadal Oscillation/Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation (PDO/AMO) as possible external force played important roles in influencing the water vapor transport and causing the summer pre-cipitation shift over NEA in the late 1990s. 展开更多
