In this article, it is pointed out that the information non-modifiability and information “fidelity” involved in “information determinacy” is a momentous revolution in epistemological conception.By eliminating the constriction of quantitative stability, there exist peculiar information and periodicity under nonlinear instability. The commensurability by Weng Wenbo may be explained by applying special characters of peculiar information. On evolution of substance, the general rules for quantitative analyses cannot be extended into process of peculiar information. Therefore, the contemporary sciences have not resolved some important problems in evolution of substance such as “time”,peculiarity, non-inertial system, and fabricated information in quantitative analyses. The natural characters and non-modifiability of information have essentially proved that it is an epistemological misunderstanding to consider the information analysis in modern “information science” the same asquantitative analysis in the contemporary sciences. Ab initio Hartree-Fock theory at the aug-cc-pvtz level is used to investigate the equilibrium structures and isomerization of HSOF system. All of the transition states have been calculated and confirmed by the intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC). Four equilibrium structures, HSOF, HOSF, SO(H)F and OS(H)F, are predicted in this paper. Though OSF2 has been observed experimentally, the present calculated results suggest that the linear form isomer, HOSF, is more stable than OS(H)F by 35.2 kJ/mol. The linear form HSOF and the branched SO(H)F isomer are more unstable and the computed relative energies are 318.3 and 510.0 kJ/mol, respectively with respect to HOSF isomer corrected with zero point vibrational energy. 展开更多

This paper analyses the intrinsic relationship between the BP network learning ability and generalization ability and other influencing factors when the overfit occurs, and introduces the multiple correlation coefficient to describe the complexity of samples; it follows the calculation uncertainty principle and the minimum principle of neural network structural design, provides an analogy of the general uncertainty relation in the information transfer process, and ascertains the uncertainty relation between the training relative error of the training sample set, which reflects the network learning ability, and the test relative error of the test sample set, which represents the network generalization ability; through the simulation of BP network overfit numerical modeling test with different types of functions, it is ascertained that the overfit parameter q in the relation generally has a span of 7×10-3 to 7×10-2; the uncertainty relation then helps to obtain the formula for calculating the number of hidden nodes of a network with good generalization ability under the condition that multiple correlation coefficient is used to describe sample complexity and the given approximation error requirement is satisfied; the rationality of this formula is verified; this paper also points out that applying the BP network to the training process of the given sample set is the best method for stopping training that improves the generalization ability. 展开更多
