Using Digital Twin to Diagnose Faults in Braiding Machinery Based on IoT

The digital twin(DT)includes real-time data analytics based on the actual product or manufacturing processing parameters.Data from digital twins can predict asset maintenance requirements ahead of time.This saves money by decreasing operating expenses and asset downtime,which improves company efficiency.In this paper,a digital twin in braiding machinery based on IoT(DTBM-IoT)used to diagnose faults.When an imbalance fault occurs,the system gathers experimental data.After that,the information is sent into a digital win model of the rotor system to see whether it can quantify and locate imbalance for defect detection.It is possible to anticipate asset maintenance requirements with DT technology by IoT(Internet of Things)sensors,XR(X-Ray)capabilities,and AI-powered analytics.A DT model’s appropriate design and flexibility remain difficult because of the nonlinear dynamics and unpre-dictability inherent in the degrading process of equipment.The results indicate that the DT in braiding machinery developed allows for precise diagnostic and dynamic deterioration analysis.At least there is 37%growth in efficiency over conventional approaches.

Distributed Synchronization of Coupled Time-Delay Neural Networks Based on Randomly Occurring Control

In this paper, the distributed synchronization of stochastic coupled neural networks with time-varying delay is concerned via randomly occurring control. We use two Bernoulli stochastic variables to describe the occurrence of distributed adaptive control and updating law according to certain probabilities. The distributed adaptive control and updating law for each vertex in the network depend on the state information on each vertex’s neighborhood. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, Itô differential equations, etc., by constructing the appropriate Lyapunov functional, we study and obtain sufficient conditions for the distributed synchronization of such networks in mean square.

Modified Function Projective Synchronization of Complex Networks with Multiple Proportional Delays

This paper deals with the modified function projective synchronization problem for general complex networks with multiple proportional delays. With the existence of multiple proportional delays, an effective hybrid feedback control is designed to attain modified function projective synchronization of networks. Numerical example is provided to show the effectiveness of our result.

On Graphs with Same Distance Distribution

In the present paper we investigate the relationship between Wiener number W, hyper-Wiener number R, Wiener vectors WV, hyper-Wiener vectors HWV, Wiener polynomial H, hyper-Wiener polynomial HH and distance distribution DD of a (molecular) graph. It is shown that for connected graphs G and G*, the following five statements are equivalent:?;and if G and G* have same distance distribution DD then they have same W and R but the contrary is not true. Therefore, we further investigate the graphs with same distance distribution. Some construction methods for finding graphs with same distance distribution are given.

Distributed Synchronization of Stochastic Complex Networks with Time-Varying Delays via Randomly Occurring Control

This paper studies the distributed synchronization control problem of a class of stochastic dynamical systems with time-varying delays and random noise via randomly occurring control. The activation of the distributed adaptive controller and the update of the control gain designed in this paper all happen randomly. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, LaSalle invariance principle, combined with the use of the properties of the matrix Kronecker product, stochastic differential equation theory and other related tools, by constructing the appropriate Lyapunov functional, the criterion for the distributed synchronization of this type of stochastic complex networks in mean square is obtained.

Finite-Time Synchronization for Heterogeneous Complex Networks with Time-Varying Delays

This paper studies the problem of finite-time synchronization for a class of heterogeneous complex networks which not only have node time-varying delays and coupled time-varying delays but also contain uncertain disturbance. An appropriate controller is designed such that this type of network can be synchronized within a finite time. By constructing a proper Lyapunov function and using the finite-time stability theory, the sufficient conditions for the network to achieve finite-time synchronization are given and the finite time is estimated. Finally, the conclusions obtained are extended to the case of homogeneous complex networks with time-varying delays and uncertain disturbance.

An Improved Randomized Circle Detection Algorithm Using in Printed Circuit Board Locating Mark

This paper presents an improved Randomized Circle Detection (RCD) algorithm with the characteristic of circularity to detect randomized circle in images with complex background, which is not based on the Hough Transform. The experimental results denote that this algorithm can locate the circular mark of Printed Circuit Board (PCB).

Performance analysis of continuous-variable measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution under diverse weather conditions

The effects of weather conditions are ubiquitous in practical wireless quantum communication links.Here in this work,the performances of atmospheric continuous-variable measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution(CV-MDI-QKD)under diverse weather conditions are analyzed quantitatively.According to the Mie scattering theory and atmospheric CV-MDI-QKD model,we numerically simulate the relationship between performance of CV-MDI-QKD and the rainy and foggy conditions,aiming to get close to the actual combat environment in the future.The results show that both rain and fog will degrade the performance of the CV-MDI-QKD protocol.Under the rainy condition,the larger the raindrop diameter,the more obvious the extinction effect is and the lower the secret key rate accordingly.In addition,we find that the secret key rate decreases with the increase of spot deflection distance and the fluctuation of deflection.Under the foggy condition,the results illustrate that the transmittance decreases with the increase of droplet radius or deflection distance,which eventually yields the decrease in the secret key rate.Besides,in both weather conditions,the increase of transmission distance also leads the secret key rate to deteriorate.Our work can provide a foundation for evaluating the performance evaluation and successfully implementing the atmospheric CV-MDI-QKD in the future field operation environment under different weather conditions.

Adaptive Generalized Synchronization of Drive-Response Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delay

This paper studies the generalized synchronization of a class of drive-response neural networks with time-varying delay. When the topological structures of the drive-response neural networks are known, by designing an appropriate nonlinear adaptive controller, the generalized synchronization of these two networks is obtained based on Lyapunov stability theory and LaSalle’s invariance principle.

Impulsive Synchronization of Nonlinear Stochastic Dynamical Networks with Time-Varying Delays

In this paper, an impulsive control strategy is proposed for a class of nonlinear stochastic dynamical networks with time-varying delay. Using the Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient verifiable criterion for the exponential synchronization is derived analytically. Finally, a numerical simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Sign Changing Solution of a Semilinear Schrödinger Equation with Constraint

The purpose of this paper is to study a semilinear Schrödinger equation with constraint in H1(RN), and prove the existence of sign changing solution. Under suitable conditions, we obtain a negative solution, a positive solution and a sign changing solution by using variational methods.

Design of Expressway Toll Station Based on Neural Network and Traffic Flow

This paper is concerned with the design of expressway toll station problem based on neural network and traffic flow. Firstly, the design of the toll plaza is mainly through analyzing the daily traffic flow, different charging mode of construction cost and waiting time of the United States. Secondly, exploring traffic conditions is divided into two kinds, based on the traffic flow speed-density flow model. Then, a fuzzy-BP neural network model is constructed, with capacity, cost, and safety factor as the input layers and performance as the output layer. It is concluded that this scheme will reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, so it is desirable. Considering that the increase in unmanned vehicles will lead to an increase in safety performance, we increase the number of electronic toll stations to improve security performance and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.

A Comparative Study of Face and Politeness in Chinese and Western Cultures

This paper makes a comparative study of the Chinese and western attitudes towards"face"and"politeness". When concerning the standards of politeness, western cultures focus more on the creation of individual's private space; while Chinese culture, as a typical collectivist culture, shows more stress on harmony and group identity. But some euphemisms and cultural rit uals show the generosity of being polite in both cultures. After this comparative study of face and politeness in two cultures, there will be a better understanding of politeness between Chinese and western communication.

Inter-cultural Communication of Advertising Translation

Languages and cultures of different nations have their own characteristics. In order to communicate with each other, human beings must make use of the methods of translation. Thus, it shows that translation, which is a social activity of inter-language, inter-culture and inter-community, is linked closely to culture. Meanwhile, the features of translation represent similarly in advertising translation. Generally speaking, when doing advertising translation,it can not only focus on language differences between the two sides, but also pay attention to cultural differences. Or else it would be difficult to translate satisfying advertisements. By taking examples from Chinese-English and English-Chinese, this paper compares the different aspects between Chinese and Western thinking sets, traditional ideas and values in order to reflect differences of advertising translation based on different cultures. Finally, it will sum up some strategies of inter-cultural advertising translation.

A Study on Senior English Vocabulary Teaching Based on Prototype Category Theory

The emphasis is laid on expanding students’vocabulary in the new English Curriculum Standards.Without effective approaches to vocabulary learning,students can hardly form vocabulary networks in mind.Combining with modern educational technology,the author carries out experimental teaching to explore the effectiveness of vocabulary teaching based on prototype category theory and presents some samples of vocabulary teaching.The study shows that these teaching methods can effectively enhance students’cognition abilities,stimulate association,promote vocabulary processing,form a categorized network schema,and finally improve students’lexical competence and long-term memory.

High-performance Ge p-i-n photodetector on Si substrate

High-performance and tensile-strained germanium(Ge) p-i-n photodetector is demonstrated on Si substrate. The epitaxial Ge layers were prepared in an ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition(UHV-CVD) system using low temperature Ge buffer technique. The devices were fabricated by in situ doping and using Si as passivation layer between Ge and metal, which can improve the ohmic contact and realize the high doping. The results show that the dark current of the photodetector with diameter of 24 μm is about 2.5×10^(-7) μA at the bias voltage of –1 V, and the optical responsivity is 0.1 A/W at wavelength of 1.55 μm. The 3 dB bandwidth(BW) of 4 GHz is obtained for the photodetector with diameter of 24 μm at reverse bias voltage of 1 V. The long diffusion time of minority carrier in n-type Ge and the large contact resistance in metal/Ge contacts both affect the performance of Ge photodetectors.

Partial Cubes and Archimedean Tilings

Some physicists depicted the molecular structure SnCl_2 · 2（H_2O） by a piece of an Archimedean tiling（4.8.8） that is a partial cube. Inspired by this fact, we determine Archimedean tilings whose connected subgraphs are all partial cubes. Actually there are only four Archimedean tilings,（4.4.4.4）,（6.6.6）,（4.8.8） and（4.6.12）, which have this property. Furthermore, we obtain analytical expressions for Wiener numbers of some connected subgraphs of（4.8.8） and（4.6.12） tilings. In addition, we also discuss their asymptotic behaviors.
