This study proposes three possible keel-surface layer combinations to implement a new type of thermally insulating decorative wall system.A set of 8 samples has been studied.In particular,through theoretical calculations,simulations,and experimental verification,the influence of different types of connecting structures on the overall thermal performance of the wall system has been determined.It has been found that a proper combination of these elements can meet existing energy-saving standards and effectively reduce the energy loss caused by thermal bridges due to the installation of steel keels at the edges of integrated wall panels. 展开更多

Component Optimization and Seepage Simulation Method of Resin Based Permeable Brick

In order to solve the problem of urban surface runoff,it is necessary to study permeable brick deeply.Tensile test and DMA test were used to study the binder material of permeable brick,and a material with the best mechanical properties was selected as the binder of resin based permeable brick;The permeable brick with single gradation and continuous gradation and porosity of 0.1–0.5 gradient is constructed by 3D modeling method.The particle composition and the seepage simulation results of permeable brick under different design parameters were analyzed;A resin-based permeable brick with micro-pores was prepared using the selected binder and desert sand with high roundness as aggregate,and compared with the simulation,its water permeability coefficient is 3.25×10-2 cm/s and the compressive strength is 36.19 MPa.In the seepage simulation of permeable brick,it is known that with the increase of gradation width“value i”,the water permeability coefficient increases.Therefore,in order to control the number of aggregate particles and obtain better seepage performance,the wide gradation of i≥4 and the design porosity of 0.3–0.4 should be considered.This study provides a research basis and a simulation method for the component optimization of resin based permeable brick. 展开更多

A new algorithm is proposed to solve the problems of shape-finding of suspension bridge with spatial cables what include tedious iteration,slow convergence speed and even no convergent under some circumstances.In this paper,the stress analysis of the main cable is carried out,and the relationship between the slope change and the coordinate change is found.This paper also discussed how to find the minimum slope point of symmetrical or asymmetric main cable,and the deformation compatibility equation is established and solved to obtain the shape of main cable.The algorithm in this paper can ensure the convergence of the solution for the suspension bridge with spatial cables.The calculation accuracy is high through the demonstration of the calculation examples. 展开更多

With the increasingly stringent requirements for carbon emissions,countries have increased the scale of clean energy use in recent years.As an important new clean energy source,the ratio of wind power in energy utilization has been increasing.The horizontal axis wind turbine is the main form of wind power generation,which is subject to random wind loads during operation and is prone to various failures after a long period of operation,resulting in reduced power generation efficiency or even shutdown.In order to ensure stable external power transmission,it is necessary to perform fault diagnosis for wind turbines.However,the traditional time-frequency analysis method is defective.This paper proposes a new LOD-ICA method to realize the resolution of the vibration signals mode mixing problem incorporated the merits of both methods.The LOD-ICA method and the LOD method based on noise-assisted analysis decompose the same signal to produce different signal components.The feasibility of the LOD-ICA method was verified by comparing the correlation coefficients between each of the signal components generated by the two methods and the original signal.In the field of wind turbine fault diagnosis,the LOD-ICA method is employed to the fault characteristics of gearboxes to extract the fault signs of vibration signals,further demonstrated the superiority of the LOD-ICA method in processing vibration signals of rotating machinery. 展开更多
