The empirical research is conducted in the sample of high-value customers in China mobile market. Based on Lewin behavior model, this pa- per establishes factors-matrix from personal and environmental dimensions. Relationships among multiple factors are tested in the structural equa- tion model and their impacts on customers' de- mands are elaborated. Findings indicate that opera- tional convenience and business brand image have significant effects on sample users' demands. Fur- thermore, annual income, gender, occupation, the needs of access to information and the needs of enriching and improving social relationships are al- so important factors for high-value users. The re- suits may provide further insights into mobile service demand and the model can be popularized to other behavior researches.展开更多

In this paper, we consider the problem of optimal spectrum selection and transmission parameters de-sign with the objective of minimizing energy con-sumption in CRNs. Since the system state cannot be directly observed due to miss detections and estimation errors, we formulate the optimal spec-trum access problem as a Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP). In particular, the proposed scheme selects the optimal spectrum, modulation and coding scheme, transmission pow-er, and link layer frame size in each time slot ac-cording to the belief state, which captures all the history information of past actions and observa- tions. The optimal policy can be acquired by sol-ving POMDP problem with linear programming based algorithm Sinmlation results show that sig-nificant energy savings can be achieved by the proposed scheme.展开更多

To solve this problem,an intelligent system is proposed that utilizes acoustic features to recognize customers' emotion and utilizes the global features of emotion and duration to analyze the satisfaction. Experiments on real-call data show that the proposed system offers a significantly higher accuracy in analyzing the satisfaction than the baseline system. For OFDM based system with Single-Frequency Networking(SFN) ,ICI(inter-cell interference) ,especially uplink ICI,becomes a bottleneck to improve system performance. Since the conventional interference management schem...For OFDM based system with Single-Frequency Networking(SFN) ,ICI(inter-cell interference) ,especially uplink ICI,becomes a bottleneck to improve system performance. Since the conventional interference management scheme with OI(overload indicator) can not show the instantaneous ICI,this paper proposes a method to reduce ICI by utilizing channel reciprocity of TD-LTE system. In the proposed scheme,UE shall make a decision whether to reduce its power or not after predicting the instantaneous ICI level according to the scheduling results. The system simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the uplink ICI effectively and improve the system performance such as system spectrum efficiency,10% user throughput,50% user throughput,packet drop rate etc. significantly while keep 5% cell edge user throughput loss less than 5%. For example,the proposed scheme improved system spectrum efficiency about 50% and 50% user throughput gain is larger than 140%. Meanwhile,the proposed scheme controls the system ICI level and variance effectively. The mean system ICI level and variance are reduced by 4.5dB and 18dB respectively. The proposed scheme can be joint implemented with those existing ICI mitigation methods such as(soft) frequency reuse,power control etc. to further improve the system performance.展开更多

Under the development of computing and network convergence,considering the computing and network resources of multiple providers as a whole in a computing force network(CFN)has gradually become a new trend.However,sin...Under the development of computing and network convergence,considering the computing and network resources of multiple providers as a whole in a computing force network(CFN)has gradually become a new trend.However,since each computing and network resource provider(CNRP)considers only its own interest and competes with other CNRPs,introducing multiple CNRPs will result in a lack of trust and difficulty in unified scheduling.In addition,concurrent users have different requirements,so there is an urgent need to study how to optimally match users and CNRPs on a many-to-many basis,to improve user satisfaction and ensure the utilization of limited resources.In this paper,we adopt a reputation model based on the beta distribution function to measure the credibility of CNRPs and propose a performance-based reputation update model.Then,we formalize the problem into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem and find feasible solutions using a modified fast and elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).We conduct extensive simulations to evaluate the proposed algorithm.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model and the problem formulation are valid,and the NSGA-II is effective and can find the Pareto set of CFN,which increases user satisfaction and resource utilization.Moreover,a set of solutions provided by the Pareto set give us more choices of the many-to-many matching of users and CNRPs according to the actual situation.展开更多

Numerical simulation of the wave propagation in the oceanic waveguide structure is done. In addition, the initial field distribution and progressive steps are determined. The loss model in the waveguide is solved through the numerical solution. As a result, corporate social capital drives organizational changes and has the potential to boost business model innovation. This paper recognizes organizational learning as a mediating mechanism that transforms corporate social capital into business model innovation. Using survey data collected from 164 Chinese firms, we tested the relationship between corporate social capital and business model innovation, as well as the mediating effect of organizational learning. Our findings clearly show how corporate social capital flows through organizational leaming efforts to business model innovation.展开更多

To reduce the effects of environmental uncertainty on TR spatio-temporal focusing, transmitting TRBF with modeled instead of physical probe source was studied and robust minimum-variance receiving TRBF with diagonal loading was put forward. Both of them were applied to the detection and distance estimation of the target, which was dealt with in a waveguide experiment.
