The utilization of prefabricated light modular radiant heating system has demonstrated significant increases in heat transfer efficiency and energy conservation capabilities.Within prefabricated building construction,this new heating method presents an opportunity for the development of comprehensive facilities.The parameters for evaluating the effectiveness of such a system are the upper surface layer’s heat flux and temperature.In this paper,thermal resistance analysis calculation based on a simplified model for this unique radiant heating system analysis is presented with the heat transfer mechanism’s evaluation.The results obtained from thermal resistance analysis calculation and numerical simulation indicate that the thermal resistance analysis method is highly accurate with temperature discrepancies ranging from 0.44℃ to−0.44℃ and a heat flux discrepancy of less than 7.54%,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering applications,suggesting a foundation for the prefabricated radiant heating system. 展开更多

The calculation of heat and humidity load serves as the cornerstone of Heating,Ventilation,and Air Conditioning(HVAC)design.Nevertheless,as the heat and humidity load characteristics of underground structures differ substantially from those of above-ground structures,it is a challenge to derive their accurate calculation procedure through engineering experience.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out quantitative research on heat and humidity load.This study used Design Builder software to study the influence of the design state point of air conditioning in underground buildings on energy consumption.The study showed that compared with the single design temperature of 18℃,setting the temperature of 16℃ in winter and 22℃ in summer could reduce energy consumption by about 59%.And the hourly heat load,cooling load and humidity load in one year are simulated and calculated so as to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of the load.This provides a database for selecting suitable HVAC equipment.It is further emphasized that dehumidification is the key to HVAC design of underground structures,which provides a reference for similar engineering designs. 展开更多

Considering the high melting point and high stability of SrO,it has potential applications in the field of the preparation of titanium alloys.To improve the hydration resistance,SrO samples with different ZrO_(2)additions were fabricated after firing at 1750℃for 6 h.The phase,the microstructure,and the hydration resistance of the samples were researched.The results show that the sample with 33 mol%ZrO_(2)addition possesses good hydration resistance with the mass gain after hydration for 13 days of less than 0.42 mass%.The SrO crucible with 33 mol%ZrO_(2)addition does not react with TiNi alloy melt during melting,which provides a support for searching new refractories with good hydration resistance for induction melting titanium alloys. 展开更多
