The &quo...The sharing economy based on the "Internet plus" has penetrated into all aspects of the economy and society and ushered in the widest-ranging economic revolution which is sweeping the 21 st century. The "Internet plus," by introducing trans-boundary reallocation of social resources, has radically changed the traditional patterns characterizing the market economy, such as the pattern of resource allocation, consumption, innovation, and wealth creation. It implants an innovative nervous system into the traditional market economy and makes it possible for a modern economy to evolve from a mechanical system into a complex living organism. The future economy, owning a life mechanism, will witness wealth being created through wisdom. The current exploding growth of cloud computing and big data signals a transformation from a knowledge-based economy to a wisdom-based smart economy. What is truly worth noticing is that, as humans step into an era of a sharing economy, China, among all the thriving sharing economies, boasts unique late-mover advantages and shares equal opportunities with the developed countries. In order to solve these problems, according to the interaction of physical objects in IoT, this paper presents a growing social network model of physical objects and researches the attachment mecha- nism of the model that includes three modes, physical distance, social distance and preference. Through the simulation realizations of the model, the characteristics （e. g. degree distribution, com- munity structure） of social network are analyzed. Throughout the world,urbanization has been basically understood to refer to the process of increasing population flow from rural to urban areas.To adapt to this irreversible process,besides eradicating the urban-rural...Throughout the world,urbanization has been basically understood to refer to the process of increasing population flow from rural to urban areas.To adapt to this irreversible process,besides eradicating the urban-rural dual household system,China needs to accelerate the building of administrative system in small and medium-sized cities,which will enable them to absorb more migrants from rural areas,and thereby help ease the burden on large cities,and forge a sensible urban system.According to the statistics in this paper,by 2050,China’s urbanization rate will reach around 80%.This calls for as many as 1,050 small and medium-sized cities,i.e.,those capable of accommodating less than 500,000 residents.Currently,however,there are only 383 cities of that scale in China.Therefore,we need to think hard and clearly about how counties and towns are best developed under the urbanization drive,how to achieve optimal administrative structure through reclassification and adjustment of different administrative units,and how,in general,to enhance the quality of urbanization in China.展开更多

The USA Patriot A ct of 2001 enlarged the power of government agencies to monitor personal information for everything from credit cards to mobile phones. The exposure of the PRISM surveillance program caused uproar in both the United States and the world. A s a result,more and more scholars have begun to discuss the PRISM surveillance program academically,and some even believe that the boundary between national security and privacy protection should be redefined. In order to solve this issue and redefine the boundary between national security and privacy protection,this article examines the changes of the United States national security strategies,the establishment of relevant national agencies and the development of national security in the United States,discusses the relationship between national security and privacy protection,and proposes countermeasures in China.The author believes that there is no conflict between national security and privacy protection,and this in fact is the balance between public interests and traditional values.展开更多
