This paper discusses the background and purpose, and reviews the current situation of the domestic and international cost control theory of real estate development projects, and introduces the research methods. The case study method is used.. The management idea is the summary of management practices, and case study can improve management theory, and in certain sense, can help combining theory with practice. The analysis of practical projects of real estate development, can help clarify theory, and is helpful for grasping theory in practical work and improve actual ability of the real estate development enterprise. Through the case study in Chongqing, the basic situations of real estate in Chongqing are introduced and relevant theory and procedure of cost control are used in the case study. 展开更多

This article combines the new trends of commercial real estate and the airport business, and explores various business marketing and management modes for operating airports with specific reference to the case of Chongqing. The main research results are as follows: First, the introduction of products and services markets should make more focus on the structure and habits of travelers. Second, developing new commercial projects through the BOT model and practicing resource replacement mode. Third, planning the terminal surrounding functions, the layout of successful business is the key factor of the rapid increase of airport non-aeronautical revenue. 展开更多

The simplified mathematical model was put forward to simulate the procedure of moisture evaporating for the densely porous tile. The results show that the capability of passive cooling of the porous tile is more than 5 ℃ with moisture content of 30% in Yangtze river region. Through the comparison between the measuring and simulating data,it can be proved that the simplified math model can be fully used to the engineering application,which provides a reference to explore the thermal performance of other porous material. 展开更多

Problems of cost control for real estate development projects in China are analyzed and summarized. According to the real estate development project cost control problems and related factors, a cost control index system of real estate development enterprise, and a cost control factors index system of real estate projects are constructed respectively. Cost control in the five stages of a real estate development project is introduced and summarized respectively. The five stages include: the investment decision-making, planning and design stage, the bidding phase, project implementation stage, and rental or sale. 展开更多

The related existing energy saving index system of buildings is deficient in direction, index coverage, depth, and technological and economic considerations. Aiming at the deficient existing research and with the advancement of energy saving of buildings in China from northern heating regions to southern hot summer and cold winter regions, selecting residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions as the research object, and through much evaluation index reference and repeated demonstrations and the borrowing of literature research home and abroad and relevant energy saving standards, filters and eliminates energy efficient technologies evaluation indexes according to the design principle of index system, the factors influencing the energy saving of residential buildings are evaluated, index system weight is established by adopting analytic hierarchy process, and finally the evaluation index system of energy saving technologies of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area of China is established. Each target layer includes five standard layer indexes and sixteen index layer indexes. The standard layer of evaluation index, namely primary indexes, includes the technological, energy saving effect, economic, environmental, and social indexes. The secondary indexes are selected based on the principles of concision, comprehensiveness, representativeness and operability. 展开更多
