This study aimed to investigate the antioxidant effect of soybean milk fermented by a new type of Lactobacillus fermentum(LF-HFY02)by using D-galactose induced aging mice model.Firstly,the optimal fermentation conditi...This study aimed to investigate the antioxidant effect of soybean milk fermented by a new type of Lactobacillus fermentum(LF-HFY02)by using D-galactose induced aging mice model.Firstly,the optimal fermentation conditions was screened out by detecting the effects of different fermentation temperature and time on the active components and antioxidant activity of soybean milk in viro.And then unfermented soybean milk and the soybean milk fermented by different Lactobacillus was given by gavage to D-galactose-induced aging mouse.The activities of GSH,GSH-Px,SOD,CAT and T-AOC in serum,brain and liver of soybean milk fermented by LF-HFY02 were significantly increased,while the content of MDA and the level of AGEs in hippocampal were significantly decreased compared with D-galactose induced group.Further more,the mRNA expression of GSH and SOD in mouse liver were obviously up-regulated by soybean milk fermented by LF-HFY02.The skin tissue structure of mice in the LF-HFY02 fermented soybean milk group was more complete,the collagen fibers were increased and arranged orderly and liver inflammation has improved compared with the model group.And Western blot analysis showed that LF-HFY02 effectively upregulated EGFR,SOD and GSH protein expression in mouse liver.These findings suggest that LF-HFY02 can effectively prevent D-galactose-induced oxidation and aging in mice,and the effect was even better than that of the Lactobacillus delbruechii subsp.bulgaricus and vitamin C.Thus,LF-HFY02 may be potentially employed as a probiotic strain.In conclusion,soybean milk fermented by LF-HFY02 can increase the content of antioxidant factors and the activity of antioxidant enzymes by regulating gene and protein expression,and finally inhibit the process of tissue cell peroxidation,and improve the oxidative damage of mouse skin and liver.The results could provide a basis for the research and development and industrial production of probiotic-related fermented soybean milk products.展开更多

Many researches show that vertical distribution of tidal flow Reynolds stress deviated from linear distribution. The parabolic distribution of the tidal flow Reynolds stress was proposed by Song et al. (2009). Although the model fills better with field observations and indoor experimental data, it has the lower truncated series expansion of tidal flow Reynolds stress, and the description of the distribution is not very comprehensive By introducing the motion equation of tidal flow and improving the parabolic distribution established by Song et al. (2009), the cubic distribution of the tidal flow Reynolds stress is proposed. The cubic distribution is verified well by field data (Bowden and Fairbairn, 1952; Bowden et al., 1959; Rippeth et al., 2002) and experimental data (Anwar and Atkins, 1980), is consistent with the numerical model results of Kuo et al. (1996), and is compared with the parabolic distribution of the tidal flow Reynolds stress. It is shown that this cubic distribution is not only better than the parabolic distribution, but also can better reflect the basic features of Reynolds stress deviating from linear distribution downward with the tidal flow acceleration and upward with the tidal flow deceleration, for the foundation of further study on the velocity profile of tidal flow.展开更多
This research the preventive effect of Kudingcha polyphenols(Kp)on colitis based on animal experiments.Experimental mice divided into four groups,including normal group,model group,low-concentration Kp(LKP)group and h...This research the preventive effect of Kudingcha polyphenols(Kp)on colitis based on animal experiments.Experimental mice divided into four groups,including normal group,model group,low-concentration Kp(LKP)group and high-concentration Kp(HKP)group,and they all smeared and given 0.15 mL 1%oxazolone solution by lavage to induce BALB/c mice colitis.DAI,colon weight/length ratio,serum levels of cytokines,related antioxidant activities of colon tissues such,and the mRNA expressions.The experimental results show that KP can significantly(p<0.05)reduce DAI in mice with colitis and inhibit shortening of colon caused by colitis,increase colon weight/length ratio.It can also significantly reduce(p<0.05)the activities of MPO,NO,MDA in mice colon tissues with colitis,increase the activity of GSH,and significantly increase(p<0.05)the level of IL-2 and decrease the level of IL-10 in mice serum with colitis.The results of qPCR assay show that Kp can significantly increase(p<0.05)the expression of Cu/Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,c-Kit,SCF and decrease the expression of IL-8,CXCR2 in mice colon tissues with colitis.Kp has a good preventive effect on colitis,and high concentration of PT has better preventive effect.展开更多
The attacks on in-vehicle Controller Area Network(CAN)bus messages severely disrupt normal communication between vehicles.Therefore,researches on intrusion detection models for CAN have positive business value for veh...The attacks on in-vehicle Controller Area Network(CAN)bus messages severely disrupt normal communication between vehicles.Therefore,researches on intrusion detection models for CAN have positive business value for vehicle security,and the intrusion detection technology for CAN bus messages can effectively protect the invehicle network from unlawful attacks.Previous machine learning-based models are unable to effectively identify intrusive abnormal messages due to their inherent shortcomings.Hence,to address the shortcomings of the previous machine learning-based intrusion detection technique,we propose a novel method using Attention Mechanism and AutoEncoder for Intrusion Detection(AMAEID).The AMAEID model first converts the raw hexadecimal message data into binary format to obtain better input.Then the AMAEID model encodes and decodes the binary message data using a multi-layer denoising autoencoder model to obtain a hidden feature representation that can represent the potential features behind the message data at a deeper level.Finally,the AMAEID model uses the attention mechanism and the fully connected layer network to infer whether the message is an abnormal message or not.The experimental results with three evaluation metrics on a real in-vehicle CAN bus message dataset outperform some traditional machine learning algorithms,demonstrating the effectiveness of the AMAEID model.展开更多

The complex was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, high-resolution mass spectroscopy and thermal analysis. In the crystal structure, an inverted tetrahedron was constructed from Ag4 metal skeleton. The Ag4 cage was stabilized by three diphenyldithiophosphinate ligands and one 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane ligand. 1 exhibits luminescent properties in solid state. A bright yellow-green emission centered at 533 nm has been observed in solid state. Large Stokes' shifts with long range of emissive lifetime indicate that the emission likely originates from a triplet state parentage.展开更多

[Methods] Chemical components of 27 samples of cultivated and wild P. ternate and T. flagelliforme were detected by using UPLC-ESI-HRMS^ntechnology. Differential markers between P. ternate and T. flagelliforme as well as cultivated and wild P. ternate were screened and identified by principal component analysis(PCA) and orthogonal partial least square-discriminate analysis(OPLS-DA). [Results]12 components of P. ternate(cultivated and wild variety) and T.flagelliforme and three components of cultivated and wild P. ternate were screened and identified by OPLS-DA. N-Acetyl-6-hydroxy-L-tryptophan and N-Phenylacetylglutamic were not detected in P. ternate,and these two components can be used as potential markers of P. ternate and T. flagelliforme. [Conclusions]UPLC-ESI-HRMS^n-based metabolomics technology could be used to quickly identify the chemical constituents of P. ternate and effectively distinguish P. ternate and T. flagelliforme,which has reference significance for the quality control of P. ternate.展开更多

Ganoderma(lingzhi)is a famous herbal medicine and edible supplement in oriental countries for a long history.In this study,a simple micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)method was established for the analysis o...Ganoderma(lingzhi)is a famous herbal medicine and edible supplement in oriental countries for a long history.In this study,a simple micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)method was established for the analysis of nucleosides and bases,the major bioactive components in Ganoderma for the first time.By optimizing the borate concentration,the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)concentration and the pH value of running buffer,10 nucleosides and bases achieved an ideal separation.In real sample analysis,the developed method was successfully used to determine the 10 target analytes in 23 batches of Ganoderma samples from different regions.Results indicated that contents of 10 investigated analytes in each sample showed obvious variation.The principal components analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)analysis classified the samples into three groups,and the HCA tree visualized the relationships which was mainly contributed by geographical partition.The results indicated geographical origin to be an important factor that affect the accumulation of nucleosides and bases in Ganoderma.In summary,this study provides a simple and practical strategy for quality assessment and cultivation reference of Ganoderma.展开更多

The structure, morphology, and formation process have been investigated ...Nanoscale tetragonal BiOCl samples have been synthesized using Bi[SC12H25]3 and CHCl3 as bismuth and chlorine sources by solvothermal reactions. The structure, morphology, and formation process have been investigated by SEM, TEM, HRTEM, XRD, and EDX analyses. The layered crystal structure feature of BiOCl may induce the growth of nano plates, which can subsequently aggregate into 3D spherical or flower-like microstructures under the presence of ethanol. The reaction temperature and the identity of secondary solvent influence the morphology. The yield of BiOCl depends on the completeness of the reaction and the degree of a competition reduction of BiOCl to Bi by ethanol. The as-synthesized 3D quasi-spherical BiOCl sample has an optical band gap of 3.15 eV, and shows much better photocatalytic performance on the degradation of methyl orange than that of commercial P25.展开更多

In previous work, the fluorescence colors of oxazoline-substituted hydro...Excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) molecules are broadly applied to UV absorbers, fluorescence sensing, and lighting materials. In previous work, the fluorescence colors of oxazoline-substituted hydroxyfluorenes and hydroxylated benzoxazole were diversified by adding the π-conjugation. There is intriguing that the mechanism of diversified fluorescence colors induced by ESIPT. Here, the density functional theory(DFT) and time-dependent DFT(TDDFT)are advised to identify the effects of π-conjugation on ESIPT and photophysical properties. The stabilized geometrical configurations, frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) isosurfaces, and O–H stretching vibration frequency analysis demonstrate that PT processes are more active in S1state. Constructing the minimum energy pathways of ESIPT processes, we find that the calculated peak of enol and keto fluorescence of naphthoxazole(NO–OH) is distinctly bathochromic-shift relative to the oxazoline-substituted hydroxyfluorenes(Oxa–OH) configuration when adding π-conjugation-substitution, and it means that π-conjugation-substitution can diversify the fluorescence color. We hope our studies can establish new channels to devise the ESIPT-based molecules.展开更多

Although the model fills better with field observations and indoor experimental data, it has the lower truncated series expansion of tidal flow Reynolds stress, and the description of the distribution is not very comprehensive By introducing the motion equation of tidal flow and improving the parabolic distribution established by Song et al. (2009), the cubic distribution of the tidal flow Reynolds stress is proposed. The cubic distribution is verified well by field data (Bowden and Fairbairn, 1952; Bowden et al., 1959; Rippeth et al., 2002) and experimental data (Anwar and Atkins, 1980), is consistent with the numerical model results of Kuo et al. (1996), and is compared with the parabolic distribution of the tidal flow Reynolds stress. It is shown that this cubic distribution is not only better than the parabolic distribution, but also can better reflect the basic features of Reynolds stress deviating from linear distribution downward with the tidal flow acceleration and upward with the tidal flow deceleration, for the foundation of further study on the velocity profile of tidal flow.

文摘This research the preventive effect of Kudingcha polyphenols(Kp)on colitis based on animal experiments.Experimental mice divided into four groups,including normal group,model group,low-concentration Kp(LKP)group and high-concentration Kp(HKP)group,and they all smeared and given 0.15 mL 1%oxazolone solution by lavage to induce BALB/c mice colitis.DAI,colon weight/length ratio,serum levels of cytokines,related antioxidant activities of colon tissues such,and the mRNA expressions.The experimental results show that KP can significantly(p<0.05)reduce DAI in mice with colitis and inhibit shortening of colon caused by colitis,increase colon weight/length ratio.It can also significantly reduce(p<0.05)the activities of MPO,NO,MDA in mice colon tissues with colitis,increase the activity of GSH,and significantly increase(p<0.05)the level of IL-2 and decrease the level of IL-10 in mice serum with colitis.The results of qPCR assay show that Kp can significantly increase(p<0.05)the expression of Cu/Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,c-Kit,SCF and decrease the expression of IL-8,CXCR2 in mice colon tissues with colitis.Kp has a good preventive effect on colitis,and high concentration of PT has better preventive effect.

文摘The attacks on in-vehicle Controller Area Network(CAN)bus messages severely disrupt normal communication between vehicles.Therefore,researches on intrusion detection models for CAN have positive business value for vehicle security,and the intrusion detection technology for CAN bus messages can effectively protect the invehicle network from unlawful attacks.Previous machine learning-based models are unable to effectively identify intrusive abnormal messages due to their inherent shortcomings.Hence,to address the shortcomings of the previous machine learning-based intrusion detection technique,we propose a novel method using Attention Mechanism and AutoEncoder for Intrusion Detection(AMAEID).The AMAEID model first converts the raw hexadecimal message data into binary format to obtain better input.Then the AMAEID model encodes and decodes the binary message data using a multi-layer denoising autoencoder model to obtain a hidden feature representation that can represent the potential features behind the message data at a deeper level.Finally,the AMAEID model uses the attention mechanism and the fully connected layer network to infer whether the message is an abnormal message or not.The experimental results with three evaluation metrics on a real in-vehicle CAN bus message dataset outperform some traditional machine learning algorithms,demonstrating the effectiveness of the AMAEID model.

文摘A tetrahedral silver(I) cluster complex {Ag4[HC(PPh2)3](S2PPh2)3}ClO4(1,HC(PPh2)3 = 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane, S2PPh2 = diphenyldithiophosphinate) was synthesized by assembling silver ion with phosphor and sulphur mixed-ligand system. The complex was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, high-resolution mass spectroscopy and thermal analysis. In the crystal structure, an inverted tetrahedron was constructed from Ag4 metal skeleton. The Ag4 cage was stabilized by three diphenyldithiophosphinate ligands and one 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane ligand. 1 exhibits luminescent properties in solid state. A bright yellow-green emission centered at 533 nm has been observed in solid state. Large Stokes' shifts with long range of emissive lifetime indicate that the emission likely originates from a triplet state parentage.

文摘[Objectives] The aim was to study chemical components of cultivated and wild Pinellia ternate(Thunb.) Breit and Typhonium flagelliforme(Lodd.) Blume by metabolomics technology based on UPLC-ESI-HRMS^n. [Methods] Chemical components of 27 samples of cultivated and wild P. ternate and T. flagelliforme were detected by using UPLC-ESI-HRMS^ntechnology. Differential markers between P. ternate and T. flagelliforme as well as cultivated and wild P. ternate were screened and identified by principal component analysis(PCA) and orthogonal partial least square-discriminate analysis(OPLS-DA). [Results]12 components of P. ternate(cultivated and wild variety) and T.flagelliforme and three components of cultivated and wild P. ternate were screened and identified by OPLS-DA. N-Acetyl-6-hydroxy-L-tryptophan and N-Phenylacetylglutamic were not detected in P. ternate,and these two components can be used as potential markers of P. ternate and T. flagelliforme. [Conclusions]UPLC-ESI-HRMS^n-based metabolomics technology could be used to quickly identify the chemical constituents of P. ternate and effectively distinguish P. ternate and T. flagelliforme,which has reference significance for the quality control of P. ternate.

文摘Ganoderma(lingzhi)is a famous herbal medicine and edible supplement in oriental countries for a long history.In this study,a simple micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)method was established for the analysis of nucleosides and bases,the major bioactive components in Ganoderma for the first time.By optimizing the borate concentration,the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)concentration and the pH value of running buffer,10 nucleosides and bases achieved an ideal separation.In real sample analysis,the developed method was successfully used to determine the 10 target analytes in 23 batches of Ganoderma samples from different regions.Results indicated that contents of 10 investigated analytes in each sample showed obvious variation.The principal components analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)analysis classified the samples into three groups,and the HCA tree visualized the relationships which was mainly contributed by geographical partition.The results indicated geographical origin to be an important factor that affect the accumulation of nucleosides and bases in Ganoderma.In summary,this study provides a simple and practical strategy for quality assessment and cultivation reference of Ganoderma.

文摘Objective:To explore the anti-melanogenic potential of Cyrtomium falcatum.Methods:The effects of Cyrtomium falcatum crude extract and its solvent fractions on tyrosinase activity,melanin content,and the expressions of melanogenesis-related genes and proteins were analyzed inα-melanocyte-stimulating hormone(α-MSH)-stimulated B16F10 cells.Results:α-MSH treatment significantly increased tyrosinase activity,and extracellular and intracellular melanin content,as well as the expression levels of tyrosinase,microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF),tyrosinase-related protein(TRP)-1,and TRP-2 in B16F10 cells.Treatment with Cyrtomium falcatum crude extract and its solvent fractions reduced tyrosinase activity and extracellular and intracellular melanin content and downregulated the expression levels of tyrosinase,MITF,TRP-1,and TRP-2 in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusions:Cyrtomium falcatum has potential anti-melanogenesis effects and can be used as a potential source material in cosmeceutical industry for the research and development of novel lead molecules with whitening properties.

文摘[Objective]This study aimed to improve the yield of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria by optimizing the fermentation process for production of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria.[Method]By single-factor analysis,fermentation temperature,seed age,inoculation volume,fermentation duration and fermentation media p H were optimized to determine the best fermentation process.The inhibitory zone of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria was analyzed with oxford cup method,based on which the fermentation process was evaluated.[Result]The optimal fermentation process was optimized:fermentation temperature 37℃,seed age 14 h,inoculation volume 2%,fermentation duration 48 h,fermentation media p H 5.0.[Conclusion]Under the optimized fermentation conditions,the yield of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria was improved significantly.

文摘Nanoscale tetragonal BiOCl samples have been synthesized using Bi[SC12H25]3 and CHCl3 as bismuth and chlorine sources by solvothermal reactions. The structure, morphology, and formation process have been investigated by SEM, TEM, HRTEM, XRD, and EDX analyses. The layered crystal structure feature of BiOCl may induce the growth of nano plates, which can subsequently aggregate into 3D spherical or flower-like microstructures under the presence of ethanol. The reaction temperature and the identity of secondary solvent influence the morphology. The yield of BiOCl depends on the completeness of the reaction and the degree of a competition reduction of BiOCl to Bi by ethanol. The as-synthesized 3D quasi-spherical BiOCl sample has an optical band gap of 3.15 eV, and shows much better photocatalytic performance on the degradation of methyl orange than that of commercial P25.

文摘Excited-state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) molecules are broadly applied to UV absorbers, fluorescence sensing, and lighting materials. In previous work, the fluorescence colors of oxazoline-substituted hydroxyfluorenes and hydroxylated benzoxazole were diversified by adding the π-conjugation. There is intriguing that the mechanism of diversified fluorescence colors induced by ESIPT. Here, the density functional theory(DFT) and time-dependent DFT(TDDFT)are advised to identify the effects of π-conjugation on ESIPT and photophysical properties. The stabilized geometrical configurations, frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) isosurfaces, and O–H stretching vibration frequency analysis demonstrate that PT processes are more active in S1state. Constructing the minimum energy pathways of ESIPT processes, we find that the calculated peak of enol and keto fluorescence of naphthoxazole(NO–OH) is distinctly bathochromic-shift relative to the oxazoline-substituted hydroxyfluorenes(Oxa–OH) configuration when adding π-conjugation-substitution, and it means that π-conjugation-substitution can diversify the fluorescence color. We hope our studies can establish new channels to devise the ESIPT-based molecules.
