The catalytic material...Electro-catalysts Fe203 compounded by ZnO were prepared by a sol-gel method, which were titled as Fe203-ZnO. Electro-catalysts Fe203-ZnO loading on the bamboo charcoal was titled as Fe203-ZnO/C. The catalytic materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The obtained catalysts were assembled to three-dimensional electrodes to degradation of chlorinated organic in paper wastewater. And the performance tests show that three-dimensional electrodes have high activities for degradation of chlorinated organic in paper wastewater. There are many factors affecting the electro-catalytic performances of the three-dimensional electrodes. And the orthogonal experiment results show that the optimum operating condition is as follows: the calcination time of the catalysts 2 h, the mass ratio of Fe to Zn 4:1, the voltage 12 V, the mass of the catalytic materials 6 g, the value of pH 9, and the treating time 2.5 h. Under these conditions, the optimum removal efficiency of chlorinated organics in paper wastewater is 47.58%.展开更多
The ligand ethylenediamine-3,5-dichloro salicylaldehyde(HS) and its crystal Co(Ⅱ) complex(MS) were yielded.The compounds have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectral studies...The ligand ethylenediamine-3,5-dichloro salicylaldehyde(HS) and its crystal Co(Ⅱ) complex(MS) were yielded.The compounds have been characterized on the basis of elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectral studies.X-ray single-crystal diffraction of crystal MS1 showed a classical Salen-N2O2 tetrahedral coordination model,space group P1 with a = 25.73(2),b = 9.899(9),c = 6.753(6) A,β = 103.467(10)o,V = 1673(3) A^3,Z = 4,C16H10Cl4 Co N2O2,Mr = 462.99,Dc = 1.838 g/cm^3,F(000) = 924,μ(Mo Kα) = 1.678 mm^-1(λ = 0.71073 A),R = 0.0275 and w R = 0.0567 for 1247 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I).Furthermore,luminescent properties were evaluated by UV-Visible absorption and FL spectra.Meanwhile,the thermal stability of compound HS was investigated.TG-DTG showed that the decomposition temperature(Td) of the molecules is up to 256 ℃ and the compound has fine performance in thermal stability.The results also indicated that the target compound HS exhibited certain chemiluminescence properties under the conditions of different time of 365 nm UV light and different temperature.In general,this kind of multi-functional compounds has potential applications in the fields of information storage and nonlinear optical materials.展开更多
Beach titanomagnetite(TTM)provides a cheap alternative source of Fe and Ti,but this ore is difficult to process to make suitable concentrates for the blast furnace.Recently studies showed that it is feasible to separa...Beach titanomagnetite(TTM)provides a cheap alternative source of Fe and Ti,but this ore is difficult to process to make suitable concentrates for the blast furnace.Recently studies showed that it is feasible to separate Fe and Ti by coal-based direct reduction.In this study,beach TTM was selected as the research object,the effects of reducing agents on reducing atmosphere in coal-based direct reduction of beach TTM were analyzed,and the role of volatiles was also studied.The results showed that when bitumite and coke were used as reducing agents of TTM,the CO produced from volatiles was involved in the reduction reaction,and the generated CO_(2) provided the raw material for the reaction of TTM.The reduction effect of bitumite was better than that of coke.The reason is that bitumite+TTM had a higher gas generation rate and produced a higher CO partial pressure,while coke+TTM had a lower gas generation rate and produced a lower CO partial pressure.When graphite was used as a reducing agent,there was a solid-solid reaction in the early stage in the reaction.With the continuous accumulation of CO_(2),the Boudouad reaction started and accelerated.Graphite+TTM also produced a higher CO partial pressure.展开更多
