This paper proposes the cooling system type and cooling equipment type which are deep mine with high temperature during the construction,and presents auxiliary cooling measures making up duct temperature rise since co...This paper proposes the cooling system type and cooling equipment type which are deep mine with high temperature during the construction,and presents auxiliary cooling measures making up duct temperature rise since compression and heat transfer temperature rise. The cooling system designed against Zhaolou mine's ground temperature and weather conditions,with its sprinkler room handling an average temperature difference up to 19.5~23.8 ℃,and the average enthalpy difference could reach 48.4~60.7 kJ/kg. At the same time,it gets a series of basic data used for mine construction during the cooling system design and equipment selection according to the measured results; using the analysis software Matlab,it obtains the change relations between the temperature of sprinkler room and fan export supply air temperature,wind casing temperature rise and fan export supply air temperature,working face temperature and supply air temperature,used for the mine cooling which has the similar conditions.展开更多

The effect of washing pretreatment prior to melting the fly ash on the microstructure...Production of glass-ceramics by sintering the molten slag obtained from electric arc furnace treatment of fly ash was investigated. The effect of washing pretreatment prior to melting the fly ash on the microstructure and properties of the glass-ceramics was examined. The results show that washing pretreatment of fly ash can decrease alkali metal chloride and increase network former in fly ash, which results in the increase of peak crystallization temperature of parent glass and strengthening of properties of bending strength and chemical stability of the glass-ceramics. The optimal heat treatment temperature for parent glass of washed fly ash is 1 173 K, at which the crystalline phase of glass-ceramics is composed of gelignite (Ca2A12SiO7) and akermanite (Ca2MgSi207). Glass-ceramics produced at optimal heat treatment temperature are excellent in term of the physical and chemical properties and leaching characteristics, indicating attractive potential as substitute of nature materials.展开更多
The bending creep and its disturbance effects of red sandstone rock beam and oil shale rock beam were studied by adopting the self-developed gravitation level style rock creep test machine and bending creep test syste...The bending creep and its disturbance effects of red sandstone rock beam and oil shale rock beam were studied by adopting the self-developed gravitation level style rock creep test machine and bending creep test system,and the constitutive equations were established.It is found that fracture morphology of rock beams under no disturbance load is regular,cracking position of fractures is on part of loading concentration,the crack starts from a neutral plane.However,fracture morphology of rock beams under disturbance load is irregular,cracking position of fractures deviates from a neutral plane.Delayed instability of rock beam occurs for some time under constant disturbance load.When disturbance load is beyond a certain range,suddenly instability of occurs rock beam in a certain time.The results show that there is a guiding significance for creep stability in the geotechnical engineering fields.展开更多
