By using RS and GIS technology,the ecological risk index ( ERI) was constructed based on the analysis of land use change and structural characteristics in urbanization watershed of Songhua River in Harbin section. Aft...By using RS and GIS technology,the ecological risk index ( ERI) was constructed based on the analysis of land use change and structural characteristics in urbanization watershed of Songhua River in Harbin section. Afterwards,the spatial distribution and change characteristics maps of ERI obtained by using block Kriging were analyzed to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics,change rules and formation mechanisms of ecological risk based on land use under the background of urbanization,and to minimize land use risk during urbanization process. The results showed that during the past 18 years,moderate ecological risk level was major,while proportion of high ecological risk was the lowest,and the area of higher and lower ecological risk region changed most greatly; high and higher ecological risk were focused on urban region and the transition zone from urban to suburban region,while low and lower ecological risk mainly distributed in forestland with higher vegetation coverage,water bodies,grassland,shrub land and so on. Meanwhile,the transition zone from high to low ecological risk was very obvious. In addition,ecological risk became slightly worse in some region due to the transformation from cropland to residential and urban land,while it became slightly better in other regions because of the transformation from cropland to forestland; the center of gravity in lower ecological risk region shifted most greatly,while the shift was the smallest in high ecological risk region,namely 12. 31 and 0. 57 km respectively.展开更多

The identification of timber properties is important for safe application.Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technology is widely-used because of its simplicity,efficiency,and positive environmental attributes.However,in...The identification of timber properties is important for safe application.Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technology is widely-used because of its simplicity,efficiency,and positive environmental attributes.However,in its application,weak signals are extracted from complex,overlapping and changing information.This study focused on the stability of NIR modeling.The Orthogonal Partial Least Squares(OPLS)and Successive Projections Algorithm(SPA)eliminates noise and extracts effective spectra,and an ensemble learning method MIX-PLS,is applied to establish the model.The elastic modulus of timber is taken as an example,and 201 wood samples of three species,Xylosmacongesta(Lour.)Merr.,Acer pictum subsp.mono,and Betula pendula,samples were divided into three groups to investigate modelling performance.The results show that OPLS can preprocess the near-infrared spectroscopy information according to the target object in the face of the system error and reduce errors to minimum.SPA finally selects 13 spectral bands,simplifies the NIR spectral data and improves model accuracy.The Pearson's correlation coefficient of Calibration(Rc)and the Pearson's correlation coefficient of Prediction(Rp)of Mix Partial Least Squares(MIX-PLS)were 0.95 and 0.90,and Root Mean Square Error of Calibration(RMSEC)and Root Mean Square Error of Prediction(RMSEP)are 2.075 and 6.001,respectively,which shows the model has good generalization abilities.展开更多

These two techniques ensure the data blocks are retained in the same verification zone, that is horizontal verification zone and anti-diagonal verification zone. The antioxidant with novel dual-antioxidant mechanism of directly scavenging RO...Scavenging reactive oxygen species(ROS) by antioxidants is the important therapy to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI) in stroke. The antioxidant with novel dual-antioxidant mechanism of directly scavenging ROS and indirectly through antioxidant pathway activation may be a promising CIRI therapeutic strategy. In our study, a series of chalcone analogues were designed and synthesized, and multiple potential chalcone analogues with dual antioxidant mechanisms were screened. Among these compounds, the most active 33 not only conferred cytoprotection of H2 O2-induced oxidative damage in PC12 cells through scavenging free radicals directly and activating NRF2/ARE antioxidant pathway at the same time, but also played an important role against ischemia/reperfusion-related brain injury in animals. More importantly, in comparison with mono-antioxidant mechanism compounds, 33 exhibited higher cytoprotective and neuroprotective potential in vitro and in vivo. Overall, our findings showed compound 33 couldemerge as a promising anti-ischemic stroke drug candidate and provided novel dual-antioxidant mechanism strategies and concepts for oxidative stress-related diseases treatment.展开更多
Forestry work has long been weak in data integration;its initial state will inevitably affect the forestry project development and decision-quality.Knowledge Graph(KG)can provide better abilities to organize,manage,an...Forestry work has long been weak in data integration;its initial state will inevitably affect the forestry project development and decision-quality.Knowledge Graph(KG)can provide better abilities to organize,manage,and understand forestry knowledge.Relation Extraction(RE)is a crucial task of KG construction and information retrieval.Previous researches on relation extraction have proved the performance of using the attention mechanism.However,these methods focused on the representation of the entire sentence and ignored the loss of information.The lack of analysis of words and syntactic features contributes to sentences,especially in Chinese relation extraction,resulting in poor performance.Based on the above observations,we proposed an end-to-end relation extraction method that used Bi-directional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU)neural network and dual attention mechanism in forestry KG construction.The dual attention includes sentence-level and word-level,capturing relational semantic words and direction words.To enhance the performance,we used the pre-training model FastText to provide word vectors,and dynamically adjusted the word vectors according to the context.We used forestry entities and relationships to build forestry KG and used Neo4j to store forestry KG.Our method can achieve better results than previous public models in the SemEval-2010 Task 8 dataset.By training the model on forestry dataset,results showed that the accuracy and precision of FastText-BiGRU-Dual Attention exceeded 0.8,which outperformed the comparison methods,thus the experiment confirmed the validity and accuracy of our model.In the future,we plan to apply forestry KG to question and answer system and achieve a recommendations system for forestry knowledge.展开更多

In order to improve the effectiveness of big data mining and aid the innovation of products of forestry machinery, the algorithm for closed weighted pattern mining is applied to acquire the function knowledge in the patents of forestry machinery. Compared with the other algorithms for mining patterns, the algorithm is more suitable for the characteristics of patent data. It not only takes into account the importance of different items to reduce the search space effectively, but also avoids achieving excessive uninteresting patterns below the premise that assures quality. The extensive performance study shows that the patterns which are mined by the closed weighted pattern algorithm are more representative and the acquired knowledge has more realistic application significance.展开更多
Chromatin accessibility landscapes are essential for detecting regulatory elements,illustrating the corresponding regulatory networks,and,ultimately,understanding the molecular basis underlying key biological processe...Chromatin accessibility landscapes are essential for detecting regulatory elements,illustrating the corresponding regulatory networks,and,ultimately,understanding the molecular basis underlying key biological processes.With the advancement of sequencing technologies,a large volume of chromatin accessibility data has been accumulated and integrated for humans and other mammals.These data have greatly advanced the study of disease pathogenesis,cancer survival prognosis,and tissue development.To advance the understanding of molecular mechanisms regulating plant key traits and biological processes,we developed a comprehensive plant chromatin accessibility database(PlantCADB)from 649 samples of 37 species.These samples are abiotic stress-related(such as heat,cold,drought,and salt;159 samples),development-related(232 samples),and/or tissue-specific(376 samples).Overall,18,339,426 accessible chromatin regions(ACRs)were compiled.These ACRs were annotated with genomic information,associated genes,transcription factor footprint,motif,and single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs).Additionally,PlantCADB provides various tools to visualize ACRs and corresponding annotations.It thus forms an integrated,annotated,and analyzed plant-related chromatin accessibility resource,which can aid in better understanding genetic regulatory networks underlying development,important traits,stress adaptations,and evolution.展开更多
