First, the amorphous structure of the prepared samples is identified by x-ray...Amorphous CaAs films are deposited on substrates of quartz glass and sificon by rf magnetron sputtering technique in different gas ambient. First, the amorphous structure of the prepared samples is identified by x-ray diffraction. Second, analysis by radial distribution function and pair correlation function method is established to characterize the microstructure of the samples. Then, the content and bond type of hydrogen are analysed using Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy. It is found that the bonded hydrogen content increases with increasing partial pressure PH of H2. However, the hydrogen content saturates at PH 〉 1 × 10^-1 Pa. Hydrogen addition shills the optical absorption edge to higher energy, decreases the dark conductivity and improves the photo-sensitivity. The optical gap, dark conductivity and photo-sensitivity of the films are dependent on the bonded hydrogen content. These results demonstrate that hydrogen has obvious passivation effects on rf sputtered amorphous GaAs thin films.展开更多

Arrayed waveguide grating(AWG) is a key device in the wavelength-division multiplexing(WDM) system, and the flat spectral response of the AWG device is required.In this paper,the RIE process has been improved.By u...Arrayed waveguide grating(AWG) is a key device in the wavelength-division multiplexing(WDM) system, and the flat spectral response of the AWG device is required.In this paper,the RIE process has been improved.By using the steam-redissolution technique,the insertion loss and the crosstalk have been reduced.Experimental results show that the central wavelength is 1550.86 nm,the channel spectral response flatness is about 1.5 dB,3-dB bandwidth is about 0.478 nm,insertion loss is 10.5 dB,and crosstalk is about-22 dB.The insertion loss of an AWG device is reduced by about 3 dB for the central channel and 4.5 dB for the edge channels,and the crosstalk is reduced by 2.5 dB after the steam-redissolution.展开更多

The optimum passiva...In order to improve the optical properties of the Ⅲ-Ⅴ laser diodes (LDs) by means of H2S plasma passivation technology, H2S plasma passivation treatment is performed on the GaAs(110) surface. The optimum passivation conditions obtained are 60-W radio frequency (RF) power and 20-min duration. So the laser cavity surfaces are treated under the optimum passivation conditions. Consequently, compared with unpassivated lasers with only AR/HR-eoatings, the catastrophic optical damage (COD) threshold value of the passivated lasers by H2S plasma treatment is increased by 33%, which is almost the same as that of (NH4)2Sx treatment. And the life-test experiment has demonstrated that this passivation method is more stable than (NH4)2Sx solution wet-passivated treatment.展开更多

The STM...Ballistocardiogram signal monitoring system based on GSM network was put forward in this paper. The system included a BCG signal acquisition module, a data processing module, a display module and a GSM module. The STM32F103 VB microprocessor was used as the controlling core of the signal acquisition module. BCG signal acquisition, amplification, filtering and A/D conversion were completed by the resistance strain sensor and high precision A/D conversion chip of TM7708; VB6.0software was used to realize the BCG signal analysis and processing; the SD card and LCD completed data storage and waveform display; the BCG data remote transmission and alarm function were realized through the GSM module. The system cannot only real-time monitor the changes of heart rate of patients by non-contact means, and can process data automatically, timely detection of arrhythmia and automatic alarm. The system is particularly suitable for heart disease patients receiving long-term home care; therefore, it has a broad application prospect.展开更多
