One method is to communicate with farmers and then give farmers some advice or exhortation on facilities and management. The other method is to set up a telephone hotline for public to report water quality and probable pollution. Therefore, the consideration and combination of social factors in the control of agricultural wastes pollution are necessary, and important. Purpose: The thrust of this paper is to present a method for improving the accuracy of automatic indexing of Chinese-English mixed documents.Design/methodology/approach: Based on the inherent characteristics of Chines...Purpose: The thrust of this paper is to present a method for improving the accuracy of automatic indexing of Chinese-English mixed documents.Design/methodology/approach: Based on the inherent characteristics of Chinese-English mixed texts and the cybernetics theory,we proposed an integrated control method for indexing documents. It consists of 'feed-forward control','in-progress control' and 'feed-back control',aiming at improving the accuracy of automatic indexing of Chinese-English mixed documents. An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of our proposed method.Findings: This method distinguishes Chinese and English documents in grammatical structures and word formation rules. Through the implementation of this method in the three phases of automatic indexing for the Chinese-English mixed documents,the results were encouraging. The precision increased from 88.54% to 97.10% and recall improved from97.37% to 99.47%.Research limitations: The indexing method is relatively complicated and the whole indexing process requires substantial human intervention. Due to pattern matching based on a bruteforce(BF) approach,the indexing efficiency has been reduced to some extent.Practical implications: The research is of both theoretical significance and practical value in improving the accuracy of automatic indexing of multilingual documents(not confined to Chinese-English mixed documents). The proposed method will benefit not only the indexing of life science documents but also the indexing of documents in other subject areas.Originality/value: So far,few studies have been published about the method for increasing the accuracy of multilingual automatic indexing. This solves the main drawback of traditional weighted fair queneing algorithms- the packet-based calculation of the weight parameters. In addition, this paper proposes a novel service ratio calculation method and a queue mangement technology. The former adjusts the service ratio parameters adaptively based on the dynamics of the packet lengths and thee solves the unfairness problem induced by the variable packet length. Analysis shows that it is a strenuous task for Liaoning Province to transform from a major exporter of agricultural products to strong export province; during the course,relying on independent innovation is the fundamental guarantee. Greco et al have proposed a new rough set approach based on dominance relation to handle the problems. The concept of dominance matrix is put forward and the dominance function is constructed to compute the minimal decision rules which are more general and applicable than the ones induced by the classical rough set theory. English text sentiment orientation analysis is a fundamental problem in the field of natural language processing.The traditional word segmentation method can produce ambiguity when dealing with English text.Therefore,...English text sentiment orientation analysis is a fundamental problem in the field of natural language processing.The traditional word segmentation method can produce ambiguity when dealing with English text.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel English text sentiment analysis based on convolutional neural network and U-network.The proposed method uses a parallel convolution layer to learn the associations and combinations between word vectors.The results are then input into the hierarchical attention network whose basic unit is U-network to determine the affective tendency.The experimental results show that the accuracy of bias classification on the English review dataset reaches 93.45%.Compared with many existing sentiment analysis models,it has more accuracy.展开更多

文摘1 Introduction Under real-world haze conditions,the existence of haze particles in the atmosphere reduces the visibility of captured image.Furthermore,the noise is inevitably introduced into the degraded image,which further deteriorates the visual quality of the images.To enhance the visibility and quality of outdoor real-world hazy images,numerous algorithms have been proposed to remove haze from a single input image.The existing methods are broadly lumped into two categories:prior-based methods[1,2]and learning-based methods[3–6].Unfortunately,the widely used atmospheric scattering model and the corresponding haze removal methods fail to take the noise interference into account,which may result in poor visibility restoration performance.
文摘The traditional Chinese-English translation model tends to translate some source words repeatedly,while mistakenly ignoring some words.Therefore,we propose a novel English-Chinese neural machine translation based on self-organizing mapping neural network and deep feature matching.In this model,word vector,two-way LSTM,2D neural network and other deep learning models are used to extract the semantic matching features of question-answer pairs.Self-organizing mapping(SOM)is used to classify and identify the sentence feature.The attention mechanism-based neural machine translation model is taken as the baseline system.The experimental results show that this framework significantly improves the adequacy of English-Chinese machine translation and achieves better results than the traditional attention mechanism-based English-Chinese machine translation model.
文摘English text sentiment orientation analysis is a fundamental problem in the field of natural language processing.The traditional word segmentation method can produce ambiguity when dealing with English text.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel English text sentiment analysis based on convolutional neural network and U-network.The proposed method uses a parallel convolution layer to learn the associations and combinations between word vectors.The results are then input into the hierarchical attention network whose basic unit is U-network to determine the affective tendency.The experimental results show that the accuracy of bias classification on the English review dataset reaches 93.45%.Compared with many existing sentiment analysis models,it has more accuracy.

文摘We study in this paper a mathematical programming model for the coexistence of competitions and cooperations problems. We introduce a new solution concept, s-optimal solution for the problem, which always exists under compact and continuous conditions. It is shown that an s-optimal solution can be obtained by solving a nonlinear programming problem. Some examples are given to explain how to compute an s-optimal solution.

文摘This paper presents a comparative study of evolutionary algorithms which are considered to be effective in solving the multilevel lot-sizing problem in material requirement planning(MRP)systems.Three evolutionary algorithms(simulated annealing(SA),particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA))are provided.For evaluating the performances of algorithms,the distribution of total cost(objective function)and the average computational time are compared.As a result,both GA and PSO have better cost performances with lower average total costs and smaller standard deviations.When the scale of the multilevel lot-sizing problem becomes larger,PSO is of a shorter computational time.
