Upconversion (UC) phosphor Tm3+ doped YF3 nano-erystals were prepared by hydrothermal method under different conditions and characterized by Field Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Their UC luminescence properties were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometer with 980 nm diode laser excitation, and impact of different grain sizes and morphology on the UC luminescence intensity was discussed. The fluorescence decay lifetime was calculated by Multi-exponential function fitting method. Results show that UC emission intensity was enhanced with the reduction of grain size, and the decay lifetime is 0.60 us. 展开更多

Microcapsulated chlorocyclophosphazenes were synthesized,and then microcapsulated chlorocyclo- phosphazene/polypropylene(PP)composites were prepared.The results showed that microcapsulated chlorocyclo- phosphazene had good high thermal stability through thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The flammability and mechanical properties of microcapsulated chlorocyclophosphazene/polypropylene composites were investigated by limiting oxygen index experiment,UL 94V flame retardancy test,cone calorimetry,tensile experiment,and impact test,respectively.It was shown that the microcapsulated chlorocyclophosphazene/PP composites had better tensile strength,impact strength,flame retardant properties and smoke suppress properties compared with chlorocyclo- phosphazene/PP composites. 展开更多

By means of the quadratic regression orthogonat combination design, a mathematical model of the relationship between the quality of spot welds and the welding parameters, including welding current, welding time and electrode force, is established. The influences of welding parameters on long-axis dimension of the nugget and shearing resistance of spot welds are studied and the welding parameters are optimized. The results show that the regression equation obtained can realize the accurate prediction of long-axis dimension of the nugget and shearing resistance of spot welds. 展开更多
